Jeff Andonuts

Beskrivelse
Jeff crashes into the fight!
Bubble Monkey is here too.

Jeff from Earthbound is now a fully playable character in Rivals.

Special Moves:
His main gimmick is his Neutral Special, where he is able to buy items using money he collects. He starts with $300 at the start of the fight, but is able to gain money by attacking or parrying others.
Each slot in his menu is for a different item type, which switches out to a random one out of five each time he opens it. The top slot are offensive items, the second slot is support items, the third slot includes status items, which the bottom slot have recovery items. He can discard items by holding down Taunt and Up for a while.
Spend wisely!

His Down Special has him place down a Shield Killer, which produces two projectiles that travel horizontally in opposite directions. It disappears after shooting 5 times, or if hit enough. This can be used to control the stage and disrupt others from approaching.

His Side Special has Jeff use his iconic Bottle Rockets. He can fire a single fast b=Bottle Rocket, charge slightly to fire a high-knockback Big Bottle Rocket, or charge for a while to fire strong damaging Multi-Bottle Rockets. The charge cannot be stored though and the move goes on cooldown, so it should be used carefully.

His Up Special on the ground fires a strong rocket with his bazooka. This rocket is slow however, so it can be easily avoided. It deals big knockback and damage if it hits!
His Up Special in the air rockets him upwards using his bazooka, while firing a slightly weaker rocket downwards. This works as a great recovery vertically, but it sends him slightly backwards horizontally, so be careful!

Overview:
Jeff plays as a character who benefits from attacking others from a far. He may use his items for various mix-ups, but he does fairly well without them. He may struggle with being up close to others, and may be especially vulnerable if he is unable to use his projectiles, but he has several tools that allow him to keep enemies away while dealing constant damage to them.
I hope you guys enjoy playing this character.

(I just realised that the background of the preview is the walkthrough one off starman.net but i'll change it later...)

Dw this character was mostly an attempt at making a bit more complex character (and also spriting). I am going to work on a more balanced version of the character with no healing items soon. Oh yeah and I forgot about the dashturn animation i'll add that in the next update.Thank you for the feedback

Some of his moves are ridiculously OP. Namely F-strong which is a do-it-all move that's insanely fast, strong, and lingers for almost the entirety of its duration, and N-Special with insane heals that you can easily re-roll for if you don't get the 40% healing items.

Most of his other moves besides, D-Special, F-Special, and N-Special feel underwhelming.

Also he's missing a dashturn animation
