By Quintessence
So I played a lot of this guy past day and decided to create a very quick, very simple and super effective guide to a new charecter Mirage

Skills
1. Tornado
Basically this gut becomes a tornado and rolls thorugh entire map damaging and stunning everyone. Also this guy gains bonus bullet misses after using this skill.
An ultra usable ability, an infinite amount of damage. Recommended using it just for move too, not only to damage enemies.

2. Fire Scarabs
You're creating a shield out of scarabs (lol) and if you press the ability button another time, you will fire a little fire guy which deals a MASSIVE damage, and also reduces enemy's bullet resist and manx health (damage deals through health reduction). I recommend to launch this fire thing all in a single time, because their damage is unbelievable. (4 scarabs and 160 damage per each of them = 640 damage). A. K. A. Fire Spirits of Phoenix in Dota.

ONE LITTLE THING:
When I first played Mirage his scarabs for some reason damaged one target many times, but now this bug was fixed, so yes, scarabs deal damage only one time on one target, though the total amount of damage is still unbelievable.
3. Djinn's Mark
Literally Shadow Poison of Shadow Demon in Dota. Every time you fire your bullet this bullet creates a "mark" on your enemy which after some time will expire and deal bonus spirit damage. Can be stacked for 8 times (12 with last talent). You can also press this ability as active to immediately expire this stacks to instantly deal damage. This ability is mainly powerful in late game, especially with Ricoshet item.

4. Traveler
Bro jsut freezes for a second for casting and and after teleports on a chosen enemy or ally. You basically need to choose a hero who is on map, and you will teleport to him gaining some minor bonuses after. That's all, but it is literally escapeability 101%, even Pocket isn't that good.

Here is the ability point order:
Items
Basically all items you should have in the game:

Here are three best items for this hero:
1. Ricochet. You just have a lot more targets for your powerful passive, so it will be easier for you to push or just deal damage. Basically why Infernus buys this item too.
2. Rapid Recharge. It gives you more Fire Scarabs = gives you a lot more damage = 1200 instead of 600 damage.
3. Spiritual Overflow. Technically it is situative and not must-have, but also due to your passive you can gain a lot more spirit power while firing your bullets.

P.S for an in-game build browse "Ultimate Mirage"
Conclusion
In total, Mirage is overpowered (technically). Even though he is a 101% late game charecter who will suck until he gets enough farm for all his must-have items. He has 2 skills for escape (like Pocket), he also has a one skill for pure damage and a very good passive, which makes him something between Pocket, Infernus and... maybe Abrams let me think, they both have good lifesteal and slow but effective weapon. Even if his stats aren't very high, he is still a killing machine.

Just checked, no damage on scarab.

I'd have to test it again to be sure, but the scarabs don't deal damage. Also, the life steal only hits once per enemy.

nice guide but definitely build him ***super heavily for his gun*** with supportive spirit items (quicksilver reload on his 3). also headhunter + crippling headshot are VERY good on him... fire rate also important on him. ricochet is good also cuz it applies his passive on every hit
