How to get Deer Knight (Gem)

This will be a step by step guide on how to get the Deer Knight Spell from the Deer Knight Onyx.

Death does not get an AOE till level 48 ( Scarecrow ) making questing/ leveling an extreme pain. This will show you how to get a death AOE at level 15 ( Deer Knight ) when you reach Marley bone.

Step 1

You must reach level 15.

Step 2

Go to MarleyBone and Find Felicia Worthington. She will be located outside of Digmoore Station

Step 3

You will want to Purchase The Death Jewel 15 - 25 Recipe. This Recipe when crafted has the chance to craft the Deer Knight Onyx. This Onyx will allow you to use the Deer Knight spell when equipped to a gem slot.

Step 4

You will craft this recipe until you receive the Deer Knight Onyx ( you will need a Jewel crafting table if you do not have one all ready.)

Step 5

After getting this gem you must Equip it to a gem slot so that it will be in your deck. But you aren't done just yet.

To get the death pip so you can use Deer Knight you will need to make one more stop. In The world Wizard City And the Zone The Shopping District. You will need to Visit Katherine Rockhammer

Step 7

Speaking to Katherine Rockhammer you can purchase the Cracked Archmastery Opal. This Opal will give you +1 Archmastery rating to all schools allowing you to select/receive death pips in fights.

Step 8

Now that you have the Archmastery Gem Equip it to a gem slot and set your Archmastery Pip to death.

That's all. You now have the Deer Knight and Archmastery Pips. This should help carry you until Level 48 where you will unlock the Scarecrow.

You can Buy Scrap Iron from the Bazaar.

or you can find it around the map in the Zone Chelseas Court World MarleyBone. Another good way is to enter the dungeon counterweight east/west collect the scrap iron and leave the dungeon to reset it. Just do this over and over.

Can I ask where you farmed the iron to make the jewel?

That also works haha. i never thought about farming it from Olympus I've always just crafted for it. But hey theirs another option

but crafting is easier
