How to enable mods [deprecated]

Guide how to currently enabled mods. This guide will only be relevant till there will be official mod support for V4 version

As from 18.10.2024 this guide is no longer valid. In game mod support was turn on, you dont need to do steps below

How to enable mods?

First you need to subscribe any mod with v4 tag. After that you can prepare setup

One time setup

Right click on the game and select properties


In general tab, in run options type `--enable-mods`


next go to game main dir, the easiest way is using steam. Click tab installed files, and then click browse

Create directory called "mods"

Congratulation the setup is complete

Moving mods to mod directory

Click go two dir up, by clicking the arrow up button


enter workshop dir


enter content dir


enter "1637320" dir


here are all of your workshop subscribe items. Find the one you subscribe for.
(If you have problem when you see the mod page in link there is id of target mod)


Move zip inside from workshop mod dir to "mods" dir you created in main dir

how do you get to the workshop dir

workshop dir should be a part of steam file structure, depending on operating system it can be in diffrent place though. For MacOS the easiest way to find file would by by using spotlight, with linux you can use terminal with something like find command if you cant locate it

the workshop dir does not exist on my computer
