Bye Bye my Neo Saw Cat and other important unit, since Restrictions made to use only Normal, Rare and Uber/Legend, also this quite easier with boulder, unfortunately I did not has him but I has EPICFEAT Uber attempt this stage.

Kappy Jr. has high health, does extreme damage and has 100% chance to create Surge Attack reach 150-750 range away, normal attack rate, also it depend on timing to send unit for avoid his attack for do not made he create Surge, he is Traitless, EPICFEAT with Massive DMG and immune Surge may handle it, plus he did not has any immune effect, feel free to use any effect on him but don't forget his support.

The difficult on start is Scissoroo which is extreme buff 1,200% without it would more, she can 1 shot almost every unit, plus with Restrictions you can't ever use Seafarer Cat to freeze her but whenever if somebody has Redhead Muscled Yuki Cat since she is Rare unit can even made CC by Surge attack, BTW she quite extreme weak health and DMG term of stats for CC against Alien trait, however it a good use second hand like Seafarer Cat but with Surge for AOE.
