1. Looting, Storing and Passing on your Stuff
A. So, you start your playthrough and have no idea how to get better. You start practicing your martial arts and start to notice the colors of the equipment you pick up and the colors of your enemy's equipment. That's the rarity of that gear piece. 99% of you know what it is so i won't explain it. But you need to get better gear. Buying it is out of the question of course and crafting it is also out so, you have to loot it from others like a murder hobo should.

The way to do that is to level up Geomancy (the stealing/lockpicking skill of the Game) and Sneaking. You reach the 4th lvl of sneaking on your own by sneaking next to people (You must walk in order to level it). After you reach that pinnacle you will have to reach the master lvl of that skill which is a secret of the "Hu Family" . It would be easier to just have all the sect and cities placed on your Map, and just find the correct NPC. For me it was a dude with a grey-white armor.

B. Now that you have your gear and you look fresh af, you can continue to steal people's stuff. This creates a problem. What do you do with all that extra weight on your shoulders. This is the moment decide to buy a house ,settle down and place a chest in it. This way your can put all the extra stuff in there and sell them when you need the cash.

C. Well, you have your pimped up Guy and your filled-up crib, but Death comes for us all and it will come for you too, so what happens then? You die, all the loot you have on you becomes a bundle that occasionally appears in the auctions and all your houses/stores/building become Desolate.
The more stuff you have on you at the moment of your death, the more expensive the bundle is going to be so, that's the second reason you keep your extra stuff in the trunk. But the trunk also has the second use. When you find a desolate building, you can "seize" it and it becomes your own along with everything that it has inside. Thus when your character kicks the bucket you rebirth and find the same house you have your trunk in and just seize it and boom, all your stuff is again yours. That means, armor, weapons, treasures, cash, books, materials, everything is again in your possession.
2. Fighting and Sparring
You can find tutorials on the internet on how to fight in this game. What i can do right now to help is to offer you some guidance according to the experiences i had in this game.

1. Do not spar with someone that can kill you in one shot
The way the AI works in this game, It collects the correct moves to enable the use of their Skills and they will use them in full when fighting. DO NOT EXPECT a sparring match to end with you alive if the other person decides to not hold back. It happened more than once to me, and i'm sure it will happen to you too. You can try to be funny and check how powerful they are but trust me, save before attempting anything dangerous

2. Save often
Many times, depending on your actions you will find yourself in the pre-combat dialogue not knowing what to do , and how did that guy get to you without you noticing. Save often to avoid losing progress and/or your charater.

3. Do not partake in the Kung Fu Contest unless you are in the end game. These people are not joking and they will decimate you. I have lost 3 times in that contest and for the 2 of those times it was a 3k Skill that one-shot me.

4. Do not - i repeat - DO NOT forget to activate your Defense Move ( the one that copies moves for the next turn). It is crucial to add moves because the stronger enemies have longer combos. You should start using your full moveset for that.
3. Concerning Builds
At the moment i was writing this guide, i still haven't unlocked the late game mechanics, Primordial, True Self etc. I have done the 30 enmity thing and my Character is locked and right now i have a character with 7k starting Health from a Forbidden Palace parent.

I have tried several moves and those i found more to my liking were the venom ones. They stack like hell and one move can stack about 260 stacks of venom on a single skill use. That playstyle suits me and i kept using it till my character got locked in the Temple.

Learn everything there is to learn, moves, Skills, Inner Skills and find the one that suits your playstyle. You have nothing to lose and all the fun to have with these tries.

When you join a new sect you are welcomed by that sect's trainer. You follow him and he's leading you to the training hall. Talk to him again and click on "learn Kung Fu School". A message will pop up and then start practicing on the dummies to slowly but steadily ( and without any inputs) to start getting that sects techniques. You will still need to talk to everyone to check if they have something to teach you but the dummy training makes it faster or at least it's automatic to a certain point

If people need affinity to teach you just spam Inner Skills on them. Each course of teaching gives +80 affinity towards you. Just be mindful because you need Spirits to teach and when it reaches 0 it can give you Hysteria. So remember that whoever teaches the moves needs spirits to do it. Some rest can help restore spirits but you also need to level it.
4. Cheeeeese
Here is a cheese i found out and hopefully won't get patched for now
You will need to be venom oriented, with lvl 5 Venom in the meridian screen and also have 2-3 poison skills in combat. The Cheese goes something like this:

1. You find a person that is killable by you or a person that can be at least be beaten by you in a Spar Match.
2. Start a spar match with them
3. Stack 200+ poison stacks on them ( i was stacking about 300-600 stacks)
4. Win the Spar match
5. After you exit the spar match, they will still have the poison stacks on them. That means that every time it ticks, one stack expires and they get the rest of the stacks as dmg on their vigor. That means that a character with about ~1000-2000 vigor remaining will soon drop unconcious (and then dead)
6. When they drop unconcious, wait for them to complete the animation so it doesn't count as stealing
7. Loot everything off them. In case someone sees you, you get a lvl 1 bounty which is a 1000 gold fine.
8. Now there is a different case with this cheese strat, which i used on the forbidden city palace guards, from which i killed about 4-5 of them with a character that had ~2k vigor. The thing is that when they exit the spar match, they start drinking potions and eating stuff that top them off and they also go to sleep which replenishes their vigor. Also their colleagues start healing their poisoned meridians. To counter that i kept teaching inner skills to the poisoned guards and prevented them from healing (it even interrupted the eating animation by locking them in the teaching animation). It also seems to make them unable to have their meridians healed from others. After a while they drop dead, you get no bounty or fault from that and you just loot their stuff.

PS. Their Weapons are for Palace Guardians only, and you get wanted status if you equip them.
