ZENITH IN 10 SEC GLITCH

In this guide I will show you how to craft the Zenith sword in 10 seconds.

Intro

Achievements in this game are broken in many ways. For some reason when you unlock ANY achievement you have a short time frame in which you can craft any item without having all of it's ingredients. Note that you will need at least one ingredient of the recipe in order for this to work. One of the items required to craft the Zenith is a copper shortsword. Every character spawns with the copper shortsword in their inventory. This means you can craft the most poweful post Moon Lord weapon in the game in the first 10 seconds of your playthrough.

So in theory you can perform an easy achievement and then craft virtually anything far more easier.

Glitch walkthrough

Okay so how to do it? Create a new character and new world than simply position yourself next to the Guide NPC and a tree. Then right click on him to bring out his menu. It is important that you are very close to the Guide and also the tree since you will unlcok the achievement by picking up the wood. If you are to far from the tree your character will not pick up the wood and you will not unlock the achievemnt. If you are to far away from the guide you will not be able to access his menu. You can look at the screenshot below for an easier understanding.



Now that your setup is ready chop down the tree. An achievemnt pop up will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Quickly click on crafting in the Guide's menu and give him the copper shortsword.



Then quickly click on the achievemnt pop up displayed at the bottom of the screen. This will open up the achievement list.



After you have opened up the achievement list simply close it and now you can craft the Zenith with only the copper shortsword.



Important: Do not close the Guide's menu at any point during this glitch otherwise this will not work.

I already have all the (easy) achievements

I imagine most of you have already unlocked the Timber!! achievement or maybe even all achievements. If so you will need to remove achievements in-game in order for this to work. Do not worry this will not remove achievements on Steam but just in the game. There are many ways to do this but I think the easiest way to remove achievements in-game is to use the Achievement Mod by metalkingpig .

Simply subscribe to this mod on the workshop and then type /achievement clear and /achievement clear confirm in the console. (You open your console by pressing enter on your keyboard). Sadly this works only on tModLoader.
