Charlie Charlie Challenge - Main Guide

Controls

- WASD to move.
- G to drop items
- LMB to interact with objects and held items.
- G to drop a held item.
- F to turn on flashlight while holding an item.
- ESCAPE to open settings.
- V for voice chat.
- F1 to hide or unhide UI.
- Text Chat (for talking to Charlie not other players)
- E use medkit on self (hold) to self revive.
- LMB revive another player while holding a medkit.

Start Game

- Click single-player or multiplayer, if you want to play multiplayer click start session and do not click start game close server until your friends are also in the game (you will see them in the character select screen once there in)

How To Play

- The first objective of the game is to find Charlies main room, this will be indicated by the EMF reading with yellow being 3. The main room will have an EMF of 3 or higher. The main room contains a skull you need. Once you find the room you should find a locked locker or cabinet with a skull (you will be able to see the outline of it even if its behind something.) The skull will be locked behind something.

- Once you find the main room grab the paper board that says yes or no and drop it on the ground in the room. Then everyone who is playing gather around and talk to the board. Ask "Charlie Charlie Are You Here" in voice chat. If you do not a microphone use text chat.
- Assuming you asked in the main room the board will spin to Yes. This will open the locked door where the skull is. The voice model only understands English, but if you use text chat it understands both English and Russian.

- The next objective of the game is to banish the main skull. Somewhere in the map there is a church with a holy altar. Once you find it use the skull on the altar to purify it. After about 15 seconds it will leave behind a key. You do not need the board anymore. Now find all other 7 bones and open the doors using the keys you get from banishing the bones. A room has a bone in it if it has EMF 1 - 2.

- After you have banished a total of 8 bones run to the escape door and escape.

Charlie

- This is not a super easy game. You will probably die on the first attempt. Your odds of survival are better if there is more of you but you can self revive using a medkit. Generally you want to always have a medkit in your inventory. They can be found throughout the map.
- Charlie gets more difficult the more bones you banish. If you hear him scream, you probably want to leave where you currently are.
- After 4+ bones he is generally really fast. Best practise is to just avoid him at all costs and try to stay a distance from him where you can lose line of sight.
- Charlie crouches under doors as he is big and tall. This slows him down a little bit so use this along with taking sharp corners where he loses line of sight. if you have made enough distance from him maybe hide in the corner of a room as far away from the door as possible and maybe he will not see you even if he peaks in.

Summary

- Find charlies room
- Talk to board to unlock door.
- Use first skull to get first key.
- Repeat until all bones are banished.
- Escape.

Tooltips

- Top right tells your stats of how the current game is going.
- Purple bar on the bottom right is how loud you are being.
- Yellow bar is your stamina on the bottom right.
- The key count is on the bottom right along with your hotbar.
