Hard Time Finding This Audio Diary?

As I was trying to get the "Rapture Historian" achievement, I had completely missed one audio diary, and noticed a lot of people having the same problem.

There's one good guide I saw that's better than anything I could say here, so just look up "Bioshock R34" on google for the guide. Really helped a lot!
