AMD Ryzen 3700X [no OC]

the game is installed on SSD

using the HIGH Quality Preset setting. most are high or default and the biggest change i made was turning motion blur off.
use DLSS if you are using an RTX card (it just makes sense to use what was designed for the GPU)
i get a constant 60+ even in massive swarms.
not bragging, stating the obvious. use what works.
I've often had this with GPU. They like to be pushed, give it a soft push and they perform like crap, get them cranking and all of a sudden it's awesome.
a bit more stable.. but still not getting more than 60fps
Run it in 3xxxX2xxx on High settings with dynamic set and dlss, I've nit noticed any issues, but I just play don't worry about performance stats.
Did get a mad tip not so long ago, get steam to start in big screen when windows boots. Boot windows let it boot completely, it runs alot of system resources in background from initial boot, so do a Restart after first boot, apparently it doesn't reload all the stuff it does on first boot.
I've been doing this as practice and had little to no noticeable performance issues, even on the i5.
Only issue how the game crashes every time you quit out of it.
Also, play with your native resolution, I noticed you are using 1080p on 1440p display.
