[W40k: Space Marine 2] All dataslate locations

You can view the amount of collected collectibles in the hub by clicking on [tab] -> "Dataslate repository"
The sequence of collectibles in the game matches the sequence number in the guide, so you can always find out which collectible is missing and on which mission.
There are several types of missions in the game: story campaign and operations. There are collectibles in all of them. You can choose a mission in the hub. The sections in the guide are sorted similarly to the order of missions in the data repository in the game.

01: Skyfire

In the swamp location. At the very beginning, go a little further away from the weapon capsule. There is a passage on the left, which is blocked by plants. Shoot the red cocoon to unlock the passage.

Continue following the swamp before reuniting with the military soldiers. In the location with the destroyed bridge, on the other side of the bridge audiolog.

At the crossroads, go up the stairs to the top.

At the bottom of the elevator to the landing pad.

02: Inferno

In a ruined bunker near the start of the level.

In a factory with a destroyed roof. After going up the ramp, turn left.

03: Severance

During the storyline, you will find an abandoned camp. Audiolog on the mountain.

After defeating the boss you will get to the citadel. Before you finish the level by going down the elevator, pick up audiolog near the elevator.

After the room with rats, go a little further and you will get to a large room with a staircase. During the storyline, you should go up the stairs and down the corridor. Instead, in this room use the terminal to open the door leading to the ventilation shaft. At the end of the ventilation shaft you will find an audiolog.

In the swamp on a ledge in the rock in a small canyon. You will pass through this canyon during the story. The canyon is before the last arena for the second part of the jungle.

04: Machinus Divinitus

On the other side, on the roof when you need to defense while the bridge is opening.

In the corridors on the way to the factory. In one of the alleys, near the ruined bridge in the ventilation shaft.

At the entrance to the room with the elevator where the mission ends. From the front door, go straight down the corridor.

05: Ballistic Engine

When you first enter the building follow the right corridor, at one of the forks to the right is a collectible.

Near a destroyed tank in the wagon arena.

06: Servant of the Machine

Behind the elevator that will take you upstairs.

The temple of Thassean location. Once you get to this location in the story go a little further and instead of going down the stairs continue straight ahead. There is an audiologist hidden behind the tower.

07: Decapitation

On the chapel balcony.

In the ventilation shaft. To the left is the tunnel through which you will enter this location. During the storyline you need to go a little further and turn right. Go further down the ventilation shaft to find the audio recording.

08: Vox Liberatis

At one of the forks you will need to go down, instead go up the stairs to the top and enter the room on the left, there is a collectible.

On the lower floor of the circular arena.

09: Voidsong

After you power up and open the door. In the room behind the weapons pod.

In the airlock between sector 3 and 4. On top of the second door is a ruined floor.

After using the elevator in sector 5. At the exit of the section with the elevator, find the audiolog to the right of the stairs.

10: Reliquary

Near the bookshelf in the large arena.

After the previous arena with the collectible, you will reach a bridge with two towers. There is an audiologist hidden on the right balcony of the first tower.

11: Fall of Atreus

At the arena which you get to by jumping through a hole in the floor onto a freight elevator.

At the top of the spiral staircase.

12: Dawn’s Descent

Around the corner of the chapel where you need to go down during the storyline.

In the Wastelands location. In the graveyard, go down to the crypt.

On the other side of the bridge, before entering the room with the elevator.

The second part of the map. Hard to miss, as this audiolog can be found by following the storyline.

13: Bellum Sempiternus

The catacombs you'll jump into during the storyline.

On the way to the second Force. In the far left corner. In the location with the Shrine.

After the cutscene where you reunite with Calgar, you need to go through the citadel. At the first circular corridor, turn right. Behind the ruined columns is the last audiolog.

You need to clarify the description for Dataslate 4 in Severance.

"Immediately after getting the jump packs there is a weapon capsule. After that there is a cave which you have to go through to proceed. If you look up to the left there is a ledge. Jump up there and the dataslate will be at the right end of the ledge (assuming you're facing the cave wall)."

do you need to complete the mission for the data to register or can you just quit out of the mission after picking it up?

For some reason the achievment is bugged for me. I have 100% progress in the dataslate repository, but the achievement progress says 34/35 and it hasn't given it to me. Anyone know a fix? Maybe resetting the progress to get it all back again?
