How to launch the game in high resolution

How to

Step 1. Go to Nvidia Control Panel and enable Image Scaling for ALL APPS as described in this article:

Check "Overlay indicator" box (you can disable it later)

Step 2. Launch the game via Steam and go to Setup. There, select:


- Display Driver: primary video device


- Video mode: resolution up to 2000 pixels wide - higher res will result in crash. Pro tip: lower resolution = bigger GUI scale, but less sharp image. I suggest you experiment to determine what you like best.
- 3D Device: Direct3D HAL

The rest is not important for this guide.

Step 3. Launch game and check if NIS label is in top left corner. If it is, the game is now running at your native resolution.

It should look like this:


Step 4. Enjoy fullscreen hi-res gaming.

Does nothing for my main problem: screen is perennially cut off on the bottom
