Overview and Strngths/Weaknesses of This Build
Hello overyone that is viewing this guide. Welcome here. I have thought about this build for a while now and here we go to explain it.

The Infinite Energy/Healer Oberon

So the main idea of this build is to keep Reckoning going and constantly healing alliies and killing enemies. This build functions best in Survival due to the pack size and the fact that the mobs are always spawning. So in short you heal allies and keep killing ♥♥♥♥. Sound good? Then read on and find out what it's all about.

Pros

-Very cheap (no forma needed, just a few mods)
-High damage
-Keeps aliies alive (especially useful on Infested missions because of Toxics)
-Constant damage
-Very flexible

Cons

-Squishy
-High ranked mods
-Takes a while to get going
-Killsteals a lot if done right
-Hard to play
Mods

So these are the mods you will need to use on this build and I will explain each one "in-depth" and tell if there are alternates. Lets get into it.

Intensify
The reason you use Intensify is to get that Reckoning Damage up there so you can actually get those sweet health orbs

Blind Rage
Blind Rage is used again for more damage to kill very quickly. Sure it costs more energy to use but its still good. But,preferrably you should be using the other mod (forgot the name) that gives Power Str and Reduced Dur. Also in this spot you could put Rage there if you really need it.

Equilibrium
This is the basis of this build so that the Health Orbs from Reckoning get converted over to Energy as well. Rank 5+ is recommended. NOTE-You MUST have health lost to actually collect them

Steel Fiber
You use this to stay alive and thats it. You have no Shield mod (to get more Energy) so you NEED this mod. As a suggestion, using Rage instead can also work well for this. Pretty much your call.

Vitality
Ties back to Steel Fiber. You have little Shields so this is your Defense.

Natural Talent
This is mainly for the speed of this build. You need the damage fast and the Health and Energy even faster. So this is not a "must" but is very nice to have if you have one.

Flow
Do I need to explain? This is essential to EVERY frame. Now with this though....You don't really "need" it,but you should use it instead of Rage if you use Blind Rage AND Rage. To keep some energy leftover for some Heals or Smites is pretty nice to have. NOTE: Primed Flow will help for your energy pool and "counter" the cost a little more.

Streamline
This is just to counteract the negative of Blind Rage. Even though its not enough even at max, it dampens (thats what she said) the negative to make it useable.

NEW: Here is a spreadsheet comparing each damage mod combo with a few extra things added in. ANYONE can add notes to give feedback. It is really your call on your playstyle, but this shows the basic idea of the numbers you will see. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TG5mt78tCuO1IvW2_tqzwyyqtCWURDSJG4MGHawcldU/edit?usp=sharing
Conclusion
So to top this off,I would say this build on a scale of 1-10 is about an 8 or 9. But the difficulty is high. It is hard to play and is only really good in Party Survivals so you wont be using it much. But when you are using it in Party Survials...OH GOD ITS GOOD. So I tested this and it works pretty ok. Just a bit of tweaking over time and this would be pretty cool.

ok this just a garbage build, i use it againts level 40 grineer and it fails to kill them. also take way too much energy and i replaced streamline with fleeting expertise.

Although,I agree, Primed Flow would benefit alot more ; It shouldnt be required, but instead as an option rather than a necessity. But I will add that in as a side note.

Hey i know this post is old but you could maybe update it to use Primed Flow and such also to counter the whole "loss of energy" from Blind Rage you can throw Fleeting Expertise but it does however crap on your Duration (if you have duration mods on)

My build: Vitality, Rage, Intensify, Stretch, Vigor, Flow, Streamline, Continuity with Steel Charge as the aura, yeah you need a forma or 2, but it lets you cast forever, low shields and a huge health pool without armor make sure you get enough energy from Rage, and Renewal will always keep healing you, so you lose and gain health at the same time, and if the health drops much faster (slightly faster preferred) than the healing can replenish it, reckoning is there for extra health. This build ensures energy is always full and that the reserve is large, letting Oberon spam as many spells as needed. This is a build for T3 and T4 missions, and works on everything except for T4D after wave 40, try it for yourselves, nothing bad ever happened to anyone just because they added a V and a - polarity

Oh and also I avoid stretch for infested.. kill them closer for pickups and saves a mod slot. Loving the oberon, enjoy reading others' builds for it so thanks for posting this.

So to be infinite power you need rage IMO. I *think* health orbs will only give you energy if you need health too...?

Here's my preference for long endless infested missions. Steel fiber, vitality, vigor to keep you alive and give you a good health pool. Streamline and fleeting expertise for cheap casting; important after you are disrupted (which is why flow is less valuable for many missions). Rage feeds your power supply. Transient fortitude or Intensify to help with heal size and reckoning power. You run energy siphon (for lower level stuff) or steel charge (for higher level stuff where you take more damage for your rage and need more dps if melee)... really just preference. Your 8th mod can be another power strength, redirection, stretch or rush - mission dependent. If running low levels or doing speed runs I use stretch and drop vigor for rush. Bring along a carrier with sweeper and have fun.

Not completely true. Renewal is also duration based. However Renewal is unique in that duration increase doesn't extend how long Renewal lasts but actually shortens it. This is both good and bad. It's good because you get the full effect the Renewal faster. It's bad because once you hit Max HP the effect ends.

(By the ways, duration on Renewal doesn't effect how much healing you get, only how fast you heal. Shorter duration is faster than longer duration.)

I know he does not need it,it is just nice to have for other skills. Easily the most replaceable mod on this build. Note that I also said in the guide "So this is not a "must" but is very nice to have if you have one." So I know that he does not need it. Like I said this could be used for pretty much any other mod, but I use it because I like the speed with it.

What Ober really needs is fleeting Exp as his only duration based skill is Hallowed Ground, which is also him most useless skill. i run Intesnsify, Blind Rage, rage, Flow, Streamline, Vitality, Stretch, and Fleeting Exp. With that build I solo'd mutalist incursions for 40 min. He doesnt need natural talent as Reckoning gives him enough time to cast his heal, and with stretch on the lift will reach even the most long range of enemies.

I use: Rage, Streamline, Vigor, Equi, Transcient Fortitude, Constitution (to level previous mod), Vitality, Steel Fiber, fnd Steel Charge as aura. Works fine to me :)
