Malachite isn't actually glass, it earns the name because of it's transluscent nature. But I like this, as a hoard of bandits should break theire things when they hit daedric armor.

I like this idea. I'd love to see a version of this that makes all glass weapons instakill, but break anytime they hit anything. A Game I used to play, called 'Ulitma IX Ascension' used to have 2 or 3 glass swords scattered around that were exactly that. Extremely powerful, but shattered on use, to make using one a tactical choice ^^
