Meta Construct Command Guide

(WORK IN PROGRESS)

A basic guide for general command usage within Meta Construct.

This guide uses ! as the example prefix!

Most of the commands listed can also be done through the developer console with "aowl" as a prefix.
For instance : aowl goto (area/player)

Overview (basic information)

Prefixes are the symbol you put before the command.

There are three prefixes you can choose from.
Use whatever one you feel most comfortable with!

[!] [.] [/]

(Brackets not included)

You can run commands through console by typing aowl before the command.

Example:
aowl boxify

Goto (Teleport)

!goto can be used to easily traverse the map.

You can teleport to players and zones

Not to be confused with !tp as this one makes you teleport to where you are aiming.

Usage:

!goto [playername]

!goto [zones]

Examples:

!goto CaseyNova

!goto Build

You can use !back to go back to the place you originally teleported from.

!tts (text to speech)

!tts can be used if you do not like using chat sounds!

There is a large list of voices you can use!

Usage/Example:

!tts hello world

!tts <voice name="zac">hello world

!setname

A command to change your in-game name!

There are various different versions of this command which do the same thing.
!setnick | !name | !nick

Usage / Example:

!setnick Bilbo Baggins

There are various formatting commands you can do with your nickname.

To find these formats click the gear in your chatbox and go to Chat HUD > Show Help & Examples

!sit

!sit can be used to sit anywhere!

There are a few sit poses you can use!

Usage:

!sit 1-5
Typing !sit with no number does !sit 2 by default.

Examples:

!sit

!sit 3

Fun commands

A list of fun commands that are quite simple to use.

!jump
Instantly sends you to the highest in the sky you can go (requires you to be outside)

!box or !boxify
Turns you into a box that you can move around in!

!cards
Opens a GUI for opening card packs! (Collect them all!)

!splode
Makes your head explode! (Doesn't kill)

!killx (1-6)
Choose up to six different ways to die!

!killx 1 - Kills you and disables gravity on your ragdoll.
!killx 2 - Kills you and freezes your ragdoll in place in the same position you was alive in.
!killx 3 - Disintegrates you, reducing you to atoms.
!killx 4 - Does a random death animation.
!killx 5 - Kills you and turns your ragdoll into a violent twister.
!killx 6 - Spontaneously combusts you

!1v1 or !duel
Queue's you up for an arena match! Ask around to find an opponent to duel with you!

!knife
Same as !duel and !1v1 but your arsenal is restricted to a knife.

Trusted commands

List of commands that you gain access to after reaching 1000 hours of playtime on the server.

!tod
Changes the time of day.
!tod 0 would make it night.
!tod 12 would make it day.
Use the numbers 0 - 23 to fine tune to your favourite time of day! ^-^

!superfist 0-1
With a punch faster than the speed of light, your fists fly like a whirlwind! Just like Jotaro Kujo said, ‘Yare yare daze,’ you can’t even see my Star Platinum coming! Get ready to feel the Ora Ora barrage before you even know what hit you!

!superfist 0 would give you a basic upgraded version of the normal fists
!superfist 1 gives you the proper super punches

!ragdollize #me
Turns you into a lifeless ragdoll!
Regain access to your body by running !unragdollize #me

!timescale
By typing !timescale (number above 1) you can be fast as ♥♥♥♥ boiiiiiiii.
When your timescale is above 1, everything you do is faster, even falling.

!supercharge
Overcharges the gravity gun. You can insta-kill NPC's by grabbing them with the overcharged gravity gun.
Your gravgun stays supercharged until you die and respawn.
