-What Warframe to choose-
First of all we need to think about what warframe we are going to use, maybe you want to say "Oh, Ill take Volt because one of his abilities makes you fast enough for anything" but the first thing of Volt is that you need energy to use that ability and second he will not survive the first enemy shot. So if its for defence we might think about Rhino, but he is too slow and will be a waste just to try to give him a regular velocity.

So, what do we choose? the answer is Valkyr. Ill get in her details about why we should pick her before any other.
-What MODS to choose to increase agility-
This guide is meant to be about how to make your warframe agile, but Ill also add some other sections to balance your other parts as defence and attack.

So jumping right away, we want our warframe to -First- Get fast to the orb spot if there is only one, if there are more than one, like 3, we might get 2 of them in time, and -Second- do not allow our opponents to get energy for his/her abilities. So we need to increase our speed by at least a 25% to make sure we get the orb before our enemy. So we are going to use a rank 4 or 5 Rush MOD. These is going to give us the opportinity to get the orb in time, but thats not all, we are now fast enough to get on our opponent's spawn spot in about 4 or 7 seconds, coordination is a key element to make everything happen, have in mind that you are going to be a lot faster and you might have to train your eyes and reflections to get use to the speed, and dont get desperate or you will just be running around like a fool.

This is not all I got for you, now we are going to need the MOD called Maglev which will increase our slide distance, why do we need slide? Good Question!. Slide gives us an extra push toward the direction we are looking at and can save us in time even from an Angstrum explosive bullet. Slide is also something that we commonly use to save energy and go even faster when we are doing a regular mission.

These two MODS Rush and Maglev will help us on consuming less stamina, increasing our movement speed, and increaseing our melee distance, Im going to talk later about the melee.
-Balancing Defence-
Now we got agility, but we need to cover the other parts of your class such as the defence. We can use a rank 7 or superior Vitality and Redirection, but it is just not enough, two hits from a well modded Latron Prime and you are done. Here is where Valkyr's armor comes to save us! With the highest armor of all warframes, Valkyr becomes abit difficult to kill, but we still need to increase it beause Im sure your enemy is not going to hit you with an unranked Lato and pray your death. In this case we just need to add a Stell Fiber rank 5 or superior and you will be able to be alive after 7 consecutives shots of a well Modded Latron Prime.

But we can't just depend on our defence, we need something to protect us a bit more, something that can give us more confidence in middle battle. This MOD may be a one that noobs use, it may not, but we can be sure that it will save us from incoming bullets on time record, and what is this MOD? lol I though you already knew which one it was! Is our Reflex Guard MOD, which gives our warframe a provability to auto-protect from incoming attacks. Let's face it, with this MOD you dont have to be paying attention to every single spot with your sowrd in hand to save yourself. Remember, it just protects you from the attacks coming from the front, "watch your back!"
-Balancing Damage-
We got Agility and Defence, now we need to make sure we can kill. For this we first need a good melee, and I really cant think of something better than the Dragon Nikana!, the only problem, is that you might not be Mastery Rank 8 or higher to have it, so we are going to use it's primed competition, Dakra Prime in the old times known as Cronus Prime.Im just going to make a quick list of the MODs we can use to make sure we deal a good amount of damage.

*Iron Phoenix- I know we dont actually need or care about the combos we can do with these MOD, but the MOD's capacity in a weapon is pretty important.
*Pressure Point, Spoiled Strike, Rendering Strike and Buzz Kill- These 4 MODS will help maximize Dakra's Slash Damage.
* Fury- This MOD will help recovering some of the spee attack loosed by Spoiled Strike.
*True Steel and Organ Shatter- These 2 MODs will help increase the Critical Rate and Damage that we deal.
*Heavy Trauma- This Last one is just to help increase the spin damage.

For a Primary weapon I choose the Boltor Prime, it is clearly not the best for conclave as it's bullets take a bit of time to travel, but I can just give you a list of the MODs you can add to your primary that will make it a desvatator thing.

*Serration
*Heavy Caliber
*Point Strike
*Vital Sense
*Hammer Shot
* Speed Trigger
*Split Chamber

For a secondary weapon, I dont really use the secondary that much to say something, but I've seen people with the Angstrum doing pretty well making the battle take some pressure. Even with the -Balance Defence- section, 3 directs hits of Angstrum and you are all set to see your warframe fly around the map.

MODS that you might want to use with your secondary are:
*Hornet Strike
*Target Cracker
*Pistol Gambit
*Hollow Point
*Gunslinger
*Quick Draw
*Slip Magazine
Extra Info
With the warframe Valkyr, we can use the Rip Line to get into the highest spots quicker and may get some time to think about your next hit or follow your opponent.

Hysteria we can use it to revive our teammate if its down. When activating Hysteria in front of the enemy, have in mind that once you press #4 your enemy still has 1 seconds until your Hysteria actives, he might kill you right after you press #4, so when you think about using Hysteria, dont wait for the enemy to be next to you.

Good tips from other readers:

Zephyr is also extremely good as PvP Warframe, and she's got 450 base Healt / Shields. Not comparable to Valkyr in the tanky role, she is nice because of her flowy abilities and because she suffer less gravity. Using Tail Wind means that you got a nice moment to snipe the enemies without getting easily hit.
Thanks for reading
If I missed something and you would like me to add it to the guide, just leave it on the comments and Ill be glad to put it also giving you credit for it.

This is my first guide ever, so I hope is not so bad.

Let me get this right.
You are using Heavy Trauma on a melee with 10% impact damage.
You are using Organ Shatter on a melee with 150% crit damage.
You are using True Steel without using Beserker on a weapon with 15% crit chance.
I'm done.

For starters, Dakra prime needs crimson dervish stance. It makes the first hit deal rediculous bonus damage. also not using crit and going for channeling damage will ensure one hits on the first swing. Also I prefer to use secondaries like the marelock or vipers because you can use them even if you are downed. You also don't seem to like multishot mods for secondaries like barrel diffusion or lethal torrent.
A fun mod to use is heavy impact to stagger opponents after a directional melee jump. It ensures you hit first.

Nice Guide. Just a few tips:
-Zephyr is also extremely good as PvP Warframe, and she's got 450 base Healt / Shields. Not comparable to Valkyr in the tanky role, she is nice because of her flowy abilities and because she suffer less gravity. Using Tail Wind means that you got a nice moment to snipe the enemies without getting easily hit.
-Reflex Guard is the WORST THING EVER. If you want a honorable fight, just avoid these mods (like Undying Will, Reflection, Rage, Quick Thinking, Reflex Guard, Sahasa's Dig ecc...)
-Marathon and Quick Rest are awesome too if you want to move quickly, 'cause running out of stamina means that you're a easy target and you'll die in 2 seconds.

I have two question: why using True Steel and Organ Shatter if the weapon has low crit stats?
And does Heavy Trauma really increase Slide Damage? I thought it just raised Impact Damage...

Anyway, nice guide, well done. You have a thumb up.
