Full Flowcharts with Scenes
Autorstwa: geekahedron
These flowcharts cover every scene in the game and the decision points you will need to reach them. I created these for the original KS forum when the game was initially released in 2012, and hopefully people can still find them useful.

https://ks.fhs.sh/viewtopic.php?t=5534

The layout should be fairly easy to understand; follow the flowchart from top to bottom a line of a certain color, and some decision points will alter the color of your line. You can start from the bottom for a desired ending, or for any particular scene you wish to find, and trace the lines back up to figure out which decision will lead you to your chosen destination.

At some point I will create a version of the charts that graphically fits better into the Steam Community browser window, as these were created a long time ago to be viewed at full size on a computer screen. The information, however, has been thoroughly tested and is current for this version of the game other than two minor differences between what is considered a "good" "neutral" or "bad" ending.

Enjoy!

Prologue & Act 1: Life Expectancy

The first act introduces each of the girls and determines which path you will end up on beginning in Act 2 (if you make it there!).

The arrow colors will change as you make certain decisions along the way, with the colors them generally representing the direction you are heading:
Black: Neutral (Rin)
Orange: Lilly/Hanako
Light Green: Emi/Shizune
Maroon/Red: Kenji (ie bad ending)

And specific colors for each girl once you've locked in their route:
Yellow: Lilly
Purple: Hanako
Pink: Rin
Green: Emi
Blue: Shizune

The original file for Act 1 was too large so I had to make it smaller (above) or just split it in half (below).
Lilly Satou
Lilly's arc is fairly straightforward, with only two outcomes. The decisions and arrows are colored as orange=good, red/black=bad. You must make every "good" choice along the way to get the good ending, but there are several choices (colored light gray) which do not affect the outcome at all.
The ending at "Farewell" that I call the "bad" ending in this chart is considered "neutral" by the Steam achievements description — which is honestly probably fair, given that there simply a goodbye with no major conflict.

Lilly's good ending is also the only path in the game with a "bonus scene" after the credits roll.

Hanako Ikezawa
Hanako's path is also fairly straighforward, with three possible endings. My convention is the "good" ending is where Hisao remains romantically involved with the girl, the "neutral" ending is where they are just friends, and the "bad" ending is, well, bad, where they are no longer even friendly.

There is only one decision which will lead to the bad ending, and another single decision which will lead to the neutral ending. The third scene will differ depending on the choice before it, but it has no impact on the path for the remainder of the game.

Rin Tezuka
Rin's path is slightly complicated, but I think the chart breaks it down the simplest way possible.

The scene "In Her Own Image" will have three choices, each of which corresponds to an option chosen in the first three decision blocks ("Studied in Grayscale", "Things You Like", and "Underwater and a Maple with a Name"). The choices with the same colors are correlated (e.g. selecting "You're Amazing" in "Studies in Grayscale" will mean that "I think you'd be a big hit" will be an option in "In Her Own Image").

This route is also fairly "forgiving"; in that you are never "stuck on the bad route" and can alter your path with decisions until the very last step, as indicated by the arrow colors on the chart. The fourth scene in Act 3 will depend on your choices in Act 2, but the bad and neutral endings are each determined by a single response.

Emi Ibarazaki
Emi's path is fairly simple, with only two endings (no "neutral" path) and a single decision that leads to the bad ending.

The actual order of the scenes is a little quirky; some scenes will not display choices at all depending on your earlier decisions (the dotted line on the chart means that those choices will not appear). The order and appearance of certain scenes ("Instant Replay" in one path, or "A Swing and a Miss" and "Saving Throw" in another path, on the way to the same ending) depends on earlier decisions. The chart should make it clearer how to reach all of those scenes as well.

Shizune Hakamichi
Shizune's arc is all but a cutscene, with only one decision to even make, and that one option determines the last scene of Act 3 as well as which ending you get in Act 4.

The only other note is, using my definitions of "good", "neutral", and "bad" endings, Shizune has no "good" ending. That is, even in the good ending, Hisao and Shizune are only friends but not romantically involved (Steam achievements call it the "good ending" though).

The letter and envelope show up in "A Brief History of Thyme" in Lilly's route (and I think also in the other routes, but I haven't taken the time to go back through each one to look for it). The closed envelope is a modal image and both pages of the letter appear as backgrounds. Playing through that scene should show the letter in the gallery. I'm also not sure offhand whether you need to fully play through both choices, but I would try that and see what happens.

Hello again
I would like to ask again if anyone had the same problem as me, i.e. the ending of the entire Katawe Shoujo story where the last picture is missing (an envelope with a letter). I played the entire game, I have 100% in the stories, but in the gallery (it's hard to tell at first glance) I am missing a letter where I have an unopened letter, an open one. I just don't know where to get this 3 during the story, it prevents me from getting a unique picture

Yes, your path is locked in after you finish Act 1, and that determines which set of Acts 2–4 you will experience. To try for another girl's route, you need to make different choices during the first act.

So just for clarification, whatever girl is shown at the end of act 1 is permanently locked in? Or can I still keep trying for another girl?

These flowcharts will help you understand the flow of the game, the impact of the choices, and the various routes you can take to reach any given scene in the game.

You can certainly use this information to figure out how to earn 100% completion or to make sure you check off every choice in the game, in order to reach various achievements, but my other step-by-step guide is probably easier as I have already figured out and listed there the most efficient way to earn all of the achievements.

@Rokas93 I apologize in advance for my English, I hope you understand what I mean

@Rokas93 Listen, if you've already played all the endings, the story with the girls, you have the option to turn on the text acceleration mode. I understand that you didn't save the fragments of the game, but you can still click to start a new game and use it every time or just choose the characters' answers that were left without a tick that they were used or used. I hope I helped
