This is a separate chapter only appears in a rare case when Hisao affects BOTH Shizune and Emi. After Hisao pushed himself too much to chase Emi and ended up in the nurse office that morning, if Shizune is fond of Hisao, she will send Misha to bug Hisao about his whereabouts and offer a lunch treat.
In this chapter, Hisao must choose between Shizune and Emi, while there's a possibility to Kenji's Dead End.

• Risk vs. Reward: "She has a point. Attack aggressively!" (Follow Shizune)

• Lunch Evolution Theory: "Wait for Shizune and Misha to come to a decision." (Stand with Shizune)
  
• Waylay: "Yes." (Let the Nurse ask Emi to help)
  
• Cold War: "Don't drag me into this! I've done my part!" (Work with Shizune)
  
• Exercise: "Go for it." (Bring yourself to the Nurse)

Two available decisions in Slow Recovery:

1. "I don't want to talk about it, okay?" (Continue) ; "Yeah, I sure was having fun fun fun at the nurse's office ..." (To Kenji)
   
2. "I'll go to the lunch with Emi and her friend." (To Emi) ; "I'll go with Shizune, after all I'm in the Student Council now." (To Shizune)

I swear I followed all these steps but it still put me on "No Recovery" anyway? I have genuinely no idea what I did that tipped me away from "Slow Recovery".

The first decision in Slow Recovery is available only if Hisao is NOT liked by Hanako in decisions of Shared Library or Bizarre and Surreal .
