- Need to go to the Infinity Tower after having achieved all the secondary missions in that place:

also worth noting, "Squeaks", the miniboss, can also appear as a regular enemy by himself and can drop it as well, rarely/randomly.

Don't lose hope, I went from level 70 to 98 just from the tower experience to get that damn mushroom :p
