How to make an OP Wooden Sword
By Prussia
So you wanna make an OP wooden sword. Well, you came to the right person. I, at least to what I know, will show you how to make an OP wooden sword. Keep in mind, this is my first guide, but I will do my best.

Oh and if you use the Unofficial Patch mod and Open Cities, you will need to disable those to do these steps I am about to tell you.

Step 1: Find a Wooden Sword
Basically, the first step is to find a wooden sword. The best option, in my opinion, is to buy one from a general store.

One being the Riverwood Trader. A 2 story general good store.

You know, "I said no. No adventures, no theatrics, no thief chasing." That guy, Lucan Valerius.

Another way is to find a Khajiit caravan.

They usually look like this in the vanilla game.

There are 3 in total.

The one from Whiterun to Markarth
The one from Riften to Dawnstar
And the one from Solitude to Windhelm.

If you wanna find a caravan to find a wooden sword, go to those towns.

The last option to finding a wooden sword from what I know is to go and loot basically any possible dungeon.

This option though is the longest and would not recommend. I'm not even sure if it's possible, but I did do my research and it is possible, but probably very rare though I think, but if you really want to, be my guest. Otherwise just go with option 1 or 2
Step 2: Grind that Alchemy Skill boy
What is this glitch? Simple. It's a glitch that makes it so when you drink a fortify restoration potion, it doesn't just fortify your restoration. It fortify's any enchantment I think.

To do this glitch, you need to do these 2 things.

The first being your Alchemy Skill tree. It needs to be level 30 and it needs to have level 2 Alchemist, physician and benefactor. Whether through training or grinding, it does not matter how you level it up.

If you choose to do it through training, find Arcadia in Whiterun at Arcadia's Cauldron.

If you are gonna grind it, you are gonna need to get a lot of ingrediants and i mean, A LOT. It doesn't matter what ingredients it is for the grind, you will need a lot.

Since you need a lot of these, this leads me to having to introduce the dupe glitch.

Basically, how you do it is that you need to get a follower. If you want to get one fast, hire Jenassa. She only costs 500 gold.

She can be found at the Drunken Huntsman.

Or get Uthgard the Unbroken

She can be found at the Bannered Mare and will become your follower if you can beat her in a brawl for 100 gold.

The Bannered Mare is right next to Arcadia's Cauldron in the Market Place. The place where the infamous Nazeem likes to hang out.

Now if you don't have 500 gold, that's okay. I got you.

Just go to Dawnstar and find this chest. Or rock really.

When you arrive at Dawnstar, go right, pass the Inn and pass the Jarl's palace in Dawnstar towards the mine. The rock will be next to the mine entrance on the left.

Now that you got a follower, go to the gate of Whiterun. Don't leave Whiterun, just go near the gate.

Now, drop the ingredients you have on the floor and get your follower to pick them up. Oh and you need to drop the ingredients one at a time. This goes for any other item that can be duplicated with this gltich.

Next, leave Whiterun and as soon as the game is done loading, immediately go back in.

Keep doing this until you have enough. I think a thousand should do. Yeah I know, it's a lot, but I promise you. You can get that much. I did this glitch myself.

Anyway, once you get your ingredients, find an Alchemy Table. Either in Arcadia's Cauldron or in Dragonsreach, in the court wizards quarters on the right of the entrance/exit and just select your ingredients and spam away.
Step 3: Fortify Alchemy
Once you get Alchemy up to level 30 with all the perks, it is time for the second part I mentioned in step 2.

So what you wanna do is get the fortify alchemy enchantment. To get it is to find a blacksmith. Preferably Adrianne Avenicci.

Now go and choose the dialogue option: "What do you have for sale?."

If she does not have it, no worries. We can reset her inventory.

To do that, drop a quicksave/manual save and attack her. As soon as she becomes hostile, load that quicksave/save. And now if you go into her inventory again, you will notice that her inventory has been reset. Keep doing this until she has a piece of armor with the enchantment on it.

Now, buy some gauntlets, helmets, and make some rings and necklaces.

To make rings and necklaces, click on this

Now, go to an Arcane Enchanter, preferably the one in Dragonsreach and enchant one set of the helmets, gauntlets, rings and necklaces with fortify alchemy with grand soul gems. I highly recommend grand soul gems with grand souls in them because that will make it go faster by a bit.

If you can't get any, go to the rock chest in dawnstar I mentioned and take some grand soul gems out of there. There will almost always be grand soul gems in that chest, then dupe those soul gems and you'll be good to go.

Now we are ready to do the glitch.
Step 4: The Restoration Loop glitch
Now it is time for the Restoration Loop.

You will need these ingredients here.

Abecean Longfin

Cyrodilic Spadetail

Small Antlers

Small Pearl

Well 2 actually, but you do you in terms of doing this step. It doesn't matter which ones you get. Though getting Abecean Longfin, Cyrodilic Spadetail and Small Antlers. My preferred method is to buy the ingredients from Arcadia. Though if you wanna find them, all I know about finding them is one of them. The Small Antlers. They come from Deer. I do not know where to find the fish. That's something you will need to figure out yourself.

Update: I remember where to find the abecean longfin and cyrodilic spadetail. Go to the Riften Docks and loot every barrel you see. (The ones by the fishery)

Second Update: I remembered that you can use salt piles for the abecean longfins and cyrodilic spadetails. And you will also find those in the riften docks so make sure to grab those as well.

Go into Riften through the north gate and get to the market place and take a right when you get there, past the blacksmith. Or take a right from the north gate and swim in the river to the docks until you find a way into the docks. There should be one at the warehouse and one on the other side of where the warehouse would be.

Equip your enchanted gauntlets, helmet ring and necklace and use the ingredients to make a fortify restoration potion.

Unequip your fortify alchemy equipment and drink the potion.

Then repeat until it is in the thousands. Peferably in the 1000s or early hundred thousands.

Once you done the glitch, make a fortify smithing potion.

To make one, buy Blisterwort and Glowing Mushroom from Arcadia and use those two ingredients in an Alchemy table.

Now I haven't done this in a long time so if it doesn't work, don't worry,

just use this video to help.

Step 5: The Wooden Sword
Get firewood. You need firewood to improve the Wooden Sword. Find a woodcutter's axe. Preferably at Riverwood by the mill and find a wooden chopping block. These 2 things are by the Riverwood mill.

Now, go to the blacksmith and find a grindstone.

Drink the potion.

Use the grindstone to improve the sword.

HOORAY!
And now you have an OP Wooden Sword. I hope it serves you well in whatever it is you do in Skyrim.

Hope this guide helped.
