Picked up directly after finding Meecham's Book.

Can be found by spamming the presents next to Golden Freddy during any night.

Tickets

Received after playing any arcade mini-game.

Token

Can be found on the floor of any room in Freddy's during the nights. More tokens will spawn after each use.

Trapped Rat

Story Required
Place the Rat Trap in the Party Hallway of Freddy's on Night 2 after opening the Kitchen door. Then leave and return, and the rat will be inside.

Family Vacation Photo

Found in Freddy's Kitchen from Night 3 onward.

Guitar String

Story Required
Found in the right dumpster at the Mill. Can only be picked up after being prompted to fix the Guitar on Night 3.

Strange Photo

Dropped by the girl after rescuing her in the Party Room on Night 5, if you have collected all 5 of Dad's items. Collecting all the items after rescuing the girl will spawn the photo on the floor as well.

Screwdriver

Story Required
Found in Freddy's Basement on Night 1.

Firecracker

Story Required
Trade the Freddy Mask, Handheld Gaming Device, or Toy Freddy to the kid at the Library on Day 4.

Dad's Wedding Ring

Found on the right side of Freddy's Security office.

Dad's Name Tag

Found in the foreground of Freddy's Storage from Night 4 and onward.

Voucher

Can be redeemed from the Ticket Counter for 20 Tickets.

Handheld Gaming Device

First item that can be redeemed from the Prize machine.

Can be removed from an arcade machine in Freddy's on Night 4.

Randomly will fall out when opening the Attic ladder on any day or night.

Either I had the worst possible rng, or Toy Freddy cannot be gotten on Night 1. Spent like an hour spamming the presents with nothing to show, then the next night only took like 8 tries

One minor correction: The mask can be obtained on any night/day you can open the attic on, even the very first 'Call Mom' task of night 1. You can even reload your save file until you get it.
