This Guide shows how to get everything there is in Cat Quest III

Hello, thanks for reading my Guide!
This is the first Guide i ever made and I hope it helps you to 100% Cat Quest III
Note: The red numbers on pictures represent the longitude and lattitude of the locations
If you find any mistakes or need extra help, feel free to let me know in the comments

Rock on, Supurrstar!

Clear all 3 Seeker ruins
Centauri Ruins

Orion Ruins

























Antares Ruins


























Now head to the Polaris Ruins and clear them out.
You should get a Mewtallica Ticket in there.

Now go to Mewtallika's Concert and defeat Mewtallica!

Love is Furever

Go to the Lovepurr Islands and enter the castle to start the quest.

Right behind the castle is a cave that contains the first book.

The second book is hidden in the Furlone Cave.

















The third book is in the Heartpurreak Cave.





















This one might be confusing to clear, you have to lead The Heartpurroken into stage hazards around the map to kill them, then all gates unlock and you can collect the book.


Now head back to the Lovepurr Castle, put all three books on the podiums and complete the story.
Don't worry about failing here, you get infinite retries.
After completing all the books you'll have to fight Clawfords ghost.
When he's defeated open both chests and you should get the achievement.

Purrsitively Golden

To start the Quest for this achievement, blow up the barricades at the Golden Tower

1. Key
For this one interact with the first gate in the Golden Tower

2. Key
This ones just outside the tower, to find it you'll have to follow paw marks in the sand and chase the coin

3. Key
Yet another coin to chase, its location is shown in the picture below














4. Key
Head to the location in the picture and chase one of the coins until it turns into a chest


























5. Key
This ones another coin to chase, its location is marked on the picture


















Now head back to the tower and clear it out for the achievement.

Commewnity Helper

1. Jug o' Milk
Head to the location on the picture and interact with the riddle stone.














Then walk along the beach until you find the clust of 4 and 5 starfish, then look for this rock in the sand and interact next to it


























Now go to Mama Milka and give her the Jug.

2. Voodoo Doll
Go to the location on the picture and interact with the riddle stone.













Now go to the location on this picture and interact with the top right red bush




























Now give Mage Bonney her Doll

3. Smithy Hammer
Head to the location shown on the picture and interact with the riddle stone












Now on the same Island, go to the Beakon and head to the location on the picture




















Just return the Hammer to Kidd Cat and you should get the achievement

A Painful Pawst, Avenged

1. Give Mama Milka her Jug o' Milk, see Commewnity Helper

2. Talk to her again to get the next Quest, she will ask you to defeat Cathulhu

To defeat Cathulhu easily:

• Get and equip both firing rate upgrades for your ship
  
• Get and equip both ammo capacity upgrades (getting both is optional, ammo capicity 2 works too)
  
• Get and equip the Electric Cannonpaw special ammo from Meowtallika's ship
  
• Get and equip Cannon Reload 1

For the locations, see All Chest Locations

Now go to the north-east of the map and summon him, wait for him to use his first attack and spam normal cannonballs, every time you can use special ammo use it. This will shred half of Cathulhu's health in seconds and allows for an easy kill. To get back to him quickly if you die set your spawn inside the Antares Ruins.
Doing this also awards you the "Paws over Tentacles" achievement

Now go back to Mama Milka to get your achievement!

No Necromeowncy Here!

1. Give Mage Bonney her Voodoo Doll, see Commewnity Helper
2. Talk to her until she asks you to bring her the Necropawmicon
3. Travel to the Twin Islands and kill the Necromouser
4. Return to Bonney and talk to her

Meowsterwork

Bring Kidd Cat his Smithy Hammer, see Commewnity Helper

After giving him the Hammer, talk to him until he wants you to get a dragon bone.

To get this bone, go to furggy island and defeat the Pi-rat King, his hideout is at the most northern point of the island

Now that you've defeated the Pi-rat King, bring Kidd Cat the dragon bone and you should get the achievement

Bounty Domiewnator

For this you need to beat 11 bosses

1. Boar King
He's north-east of the coral lake on Purvanna

2. Ice Pi-rat Captain
He's in the Ice Pi-rat Hideout which is on the northern side of the Straits Island

3. Oinker Chief
He's a story boss you'll need to defeat in the Centauri Ruins

4. Clawford
He's in the Lovepurr Castle, to defeat him see Love is Furever

5. Fire Pi-rat Captain
He's in the Fire Pi-rat Hideout which is on the southern side of the Sunset Islands

6. Dratcula
He's in the Eight Bit Castle which is in the north-west on the map,when you're there full clear the castle for the Once Bitten, 8 Times Shy achievement

7. Necromouser
He's on the Twin Islands inside the Twin Castle

8. Captain Meowtallika
He's on Meowtallika's Concert, to defeat him see Rock on, Supurrstar!

9. Captain Takomeowki
He's a story boss which you'll have to defeat to progress the story, you can find him on the Sunset Islands

10. Pi-rat King
He's hiding at the most northern point of Furggy Island

11. Duck of Doom
The Duck of Doom can be found roaming around the sea

Tips

Use the full Dratcula set and the Pawer Milk to become almost unkillable
For Dratcula himself use the Stave of Antares and Pawer Milk and learn his attack patterns
For the Duck of Doom focus more on dodging than on dealing damage as one mistake can lead to failure

• Given to you by Mage Bonney after speaking to her

• Unlocked from Start

Purroblem Solver

The red numbers on each screenshot show the locations of the puzzle rocks, the yellow numbers/arrows show in which order you hit them

3 Puzzles are all in the Polaris Ruins and are needed to finish the story

For this one, use Lightnyan to hit them easily

Happurrly Ever After

After heading to the Sunset Islands you will probably spot a trapped mermaid asking you to free her.
When you free her she will give you access to the shell phone which lets you use new loot spots.
To get this achievement you need to go to every spot and then return to her.
The following pictures show all the spots locations.

Ruined Castle

• Treasure Chest to the left of the entrance, hidden passage
  
• Loot Chest to the left on the second floor
  
• Boss Chest in the right room on the second floor, clear left room to gain access

Orion Ruins

• Loot Chest in the left small corridor near the first 2 enemies in the dungeon
  
• Boss Chest right infront of you after getting to Floor 2, unlocks after beating the Dungeon Boss
  
• Treasure Chest found after going left twice from the Boss Chest mentioned above
  
• Treasure Chest on the left Path of the split paths on Floor 3
  
• Loot Chest on the right Path of the split paths, hidden in one of the smaller rooms
  
• Treasure Chest in the middle of the split paths, accessable by going around on the outside and then turning back
  
• Boss Chest spawns in the boss room on Floor 4 after beating him

Lovepurr Castle

• Treasure Chest after completing the first book, see "Love is Furever"
  
• Treasure Chest after completing the second book
  
• Treasure Chest after completing the third book
  
• Boss Chest after beating the Boss
  
• Boss Chest after talking to Clawford after the Boss is beaten

Antares Ruins

• Treasure Chest next to the first enemies in the dungeon
  
• Loot Chest to the right after the first turn on the second floor
  
• Treasure Chest accessable by a ladder, the ladder is found by going right on every turn
  
• Boss Chest spawns after beating the Boss
  
• Boss Chest when you take the ladder on the fourth floor thats opened after beating the boss

Golden Tower

• See "Purrsitively Golden"

Ice Pi-rat Hideout

• Treasure Chest inside the room to the right on the second floor
  
• Loot Chest in the storage room accessable by taking the ladder on the far left on the second floor
  
• Treasure Chest in a hidden passage to the left of the storage room
  
• Boss Chest to the right of the Captain's Quarters, accessable after beating the boss
  
• Loot Chest accessable by a hidden passage behind the Boss Chest

Centauri Ruins

• Treasure Chest right on the main path, can't be missed and the player is forced to open it
  
• Boss Chest at the end of the boss arena, can't be missed
  
• Treasure Chest right next to you after taking the ladder in the boss room

Polaris Ruins

• Loot Chest after completing the first puzzle
  
• Loot Chest after completing the second puzzle
  
• Loot Chest behind a Puzzle Stone in the third puzzle room
  
• Treasure Chest after completing the third puzzle
  
• Boss Chest spawns infront of you after beating the boss

Meowtallika's Concert
Note: Only accessable after clearing Polaris Ruins

• Boss Chest after you beat the boss

Eight Bit Dungeon

• Treasure Chest at the end of the boss room
  
• Treasure Chest in the left room at the second room choice
  
• Treasure Chest in the painting room after beating the boss

Note: All of these are in the big room and should be collected the first time you enter

• 1 Boss Chest to the left of the right button

Caves

Furst Cave

• Boss Chest on the upper path at the split paths
  
• Loot Chest on the lower path at the split paths

Booty Cave

• Loot Chest on the left path at the split paths, almost can't miss
  
• Loot Chest when you head down to press the second button
  
• Loot Chest after following and beating Patchy
  
• Treasure Chest after following and beating Patchy
  
• Boss Chest after following and beating Patchy

Lovepurr Cave

• Treasure Chest when you go up after passing the first button
  
• Loot Chest when you go down after passing the first button

Furrlorn Cave

• Loot Chest in the second obstacles path
  
• Treasure Chest when you follow the coins in the water section
  
• Treasure Chest on the way outside

Heartpurreak Cave
Note: You need to kill the Heartpurroken to access both Chest, see "Love is Furever"

• Treasure Chest to the far left of the first Heartpurrokens spawn
  
• Treasure Chest on the way down close to the exit

Spicy Cave

• Loot Chest to the left of the 3rd enemy
  
• Treasure Chest on the bottom path after the first 3 enemies
  
• Boss Chest after beating the ambush at the end of the cave

Hidden Chests

To unlock these just hit/shoot these marked locations

Talk to the Postmutt to start the quest, his location is on the screenshot below





















The Furlorn Fishercat
Note: See "The Fursome Four

• 6 Chests, 1 for each Fursome Four catched, 1 for the first catfish and 1 for finishing the quest

One Cat's Treasure

• 1 Chest for finishing the Quest

Heirloom Quest

• 2 Chests, 1 for a quest item and 1 for completing the quest

Monster Researcher Quest

• 1 Chest for completing the quest

"Special" Chests

There are a few weird chests that don't count to any of these categories and will be shown here

Killing Cathulhu will give 1 Chest, see "A Painful Pawst, Avenged"

After accepting the Grumpy Fishercat's quest you'll be asked to catch the fursome four. The following pictures will show you each ones location.

• Uncommon drop from Infinity Tower chests, the depth of your run doesn't matter you just gotta get lucky

• Dropped by Pi-rats that throw bombs

8. Ice Crystal

• Dropped by Ice Mages in the Ice Pi-rat Hideout

9. Boar Tusk

• Dropped by Boars

10. Electric Circuit

• Dropped by Mewtallika Pi-rats

11. Bird Poop

• Hit a Beakon until it flies away

12. Flame Crystal

• Dropped by the fire-shaped enemies at the Sunset Islands

13. Chimeowra Claw

• Complete the monster researchers quest, his location is shown on the picture below

There are 4 hidden Mana Crystals you can get. 3 of them involve finding Aelius, his locations are on the screenshots below.

grrreat guide for helping me catch things I missed when playing, I did not expect gentlebros to be outside map between a divider. Looks like there is one cave missing though!

In the South-west section of map,right above the Dragons Path text is a 1 time instance dungeon hidden in the bushes next to palm tree. The reward being a trinket, Doggy Jones Locket which is basically lower hp=higher magic dmg dealt.

Also Lonely Cave on Lonely Isle is not listed, entrance is back of the mountain in water, if you want a late game challenge.

The mushroom is random, so if you see that they don't give it to you and you go 30km, you can let yourself be killed and do it again, if you do it about 4 or 5 times I think it will work out yes or yes
