Witchmist Spa

This is a small mod which adds two new NPCs peloma and john madralay to a hot springs near Witchmist grove. The hot springs is a new location, known as Witchmist spa. The spa can be used as a camp and pelly and john can be recruited as followers

I am hoping to add unique voices to the madralays (as soon as i figure out how to!).

This is my first mod, so any constructive critisism is welcomed. (but please be nice)
