Upscaling/Sharpening
Before we start u should know

Upscaling can also come with some tradeoffs:
  • Often introduces artifacts like blurring, jagged edges, and sharpening halos in upscaled image.
  • Upscaled image quality is never quite as sharp and detailed as native higher resolution rendering.

Upcaling/Sharpening
Head to Settings and navigate to the Graphics tab.
Select Quality then open the Upscaling/Sharpening drop-down list.
then choose AMD FSR1.0 for better performance.

Lower latency
How to get lower latency possible?

in Quality settings search for On-demand texture streaming and turn it off.
This downloads high quality textures while u playing game.

COD can set display to the Fullscreen Borderless setting which can cause all manner of problems such as low FPS, input lag, and stuttering, so make sure you’re using Fullscreen Exclusive in display settings.
Disable fullscreen optimalization
Fullscreen optimizations is a feature designed to improve the performance of games and applications when they are running in fullscreen mode. but some users have problems that fullscreen optimizations can sometimes cause performance issues or compatibility problems. This is why some people choose to disable it.

Of course depending on hardware.
I prefer to try if it's better off or on


  • Navigate to your call of duty.exe file
  • Click on properties
  • Check Fullscreen optimalizations and run this program as an administartor
Config FPS BOOST - Some options are not editable from game settings
Navigate to your options.4.cod23 file.

U can search in text editor with CTRL + F

nvidia reflex is taking away fps
