Dismantling Kursk Missile's tubes
The only weird part I found here is to open panels which hides missile silos.

They are locked from outside. You need to climb to the top of the ship and slowly crouch down near the center of each pannel. There you will find small hard-targeted panel for flame-cutting tool:

It's easy to fall down here

After you open external panel - just cut 3 connectors and pull tubes with the crane, starting from the tail (they cover each other so need to pull one-by-one).

Opened panels must be dimantled by winch.
Ohio missiles with radiation
Ohio has several missiles in silos, and you may be fried with radiation before get them.
Some missiles are only on one side and you can easily cut plates to open silos.
But there are several pairs on both sides, The trick here is to stand strictly on the the central line and slowly move forward between two plates. Test plates with the flame cutter until you will be able to cut farest point of any plate. then stop and cut them both. After silos will be opened - call crane to remove missiles.

Jardir, you can reset ship in laptop - "Scrap" button. But you will lose money you paid for it.
What exact wall you can not remove?
All walls can be removed, bus some of them are cothered by other parts/walls, and sometimes it is tricky to find what must be removed first. Just start from the top.
