There are 77 achievements, you can do them in any order you'd like.
I will split them into 5 catergories:

🎖️ Fun Achievements

Fun achievements give you an extra objective to obtain, you must go out of your way to do these so I recommend doing most of them in seperate runs.
Combine the obvious ones like Speedrun I, Speedrun II and Speedrun III.

Flawless
Get a win on Normal difficulty without taking any damage.

This one is arguably harder than all of the Flex achievements but it can be done with great patience! Don't use dual-handed guns, use ADS (Aiming Down Sight) with right click whilst jumping in the air, you will activate a quicktime effect where enemies will constantly aim too far infront, very handy, use this constantly.

Flex I
Defeat an elite without taking any damage.
Flex II
Defeat a boss without taking any damage.
Flex III
Clear the first biome on Nightmare difficulty without taking any damage.

Elites appear after most shops or through elite portals.
Boss's only spawn every 32 islands.
If you're solo, gain control quickly on every island by running away from enemy spawns and herding them behind you like a train, kite or zombies. ect. Prioritize enemies with range attacks but beware of crabs jumping you, never stay still. Always keep moving.

If you have friends then you can do this one much more easily if you run away from enemies and let your friends carry you, first biome can fly by sometimes.

This is me playing as the tank for 3 of my teammates and rushing the elite to take aggro.

Frugal
Get a win on Normal difficulty with 5 or less shop purchases.

Easy to do if you can get Driller and Crystal Fertilizer ↪(Luck Chests) There's many more ways to get items without the shop.

Slice And Dice
Get a win without firing your weapon.

Can be done at the same run as Frugal

Unbind your shoot bind if you're not a confident player.
Only pickup grenade and melee perks.
I prefer Laser Beam grenade and Hammer. (requires keys to unlock)

Speedrun I
Clear island 20 in 16 minutes or less.
Speedrun II
Clear island 20 in 16 minutes or less.
Speedrun III
Clear island 100 in 70 minutes or less.

Play on Easy and run through islands as quickly as you can. Auto Loot everything.
Default Auto Loot bind is "L"

You can pick some loot, you will usually have plenty of time on Easy.

You must Loop 4 times to get Speedrun III.

🎖️ Easy Achievements

ALL of the achievements in this category are possible in one run.

Recycler
Salvage 100 pickups in a single run.
Big Spender
Make 100 purchases at shops in a single run.
Roller
Reroll shops 50 times in a single run.
Tank
Get 10000 max health on a single run.
Vandal
Destroy 25 totems in a single run.
Maxed Out
Fill all mod and perk slots in your inventory during a single run.
Marathon
Survive until island 100.
Ultra Damage
Deal over 100K damage in a single shot.
Solid Gold
Fill 20 weapon mod slots with legendary weapon mods.
Playing With Power
Level up a mod or perk to level 20 in a single run.
EZ
Defeat a boss in under 10 seconds.
Greedy
Defeat a boss with at least 5 greed perks in your inventory.
Millionaire
Get a win with over 1M unspent crystals in your inventory.
Looper
Get a win after looping at least once.
Unstoppable
Get a win with over 7500 eliminations.

All of these are achievable in the same 1 run.
Select Easy difficulty (or any), loop multiple times and focus inventory building...
Driller, Streamer Loot or extra chests ect. ↪(Luck Chests)

🎖️ Minigame Achievements

Arcade Champion
Get a high score of at least 300 in the Arcade minigame

Be sure to select Easy difficulty.
I recommend Marksman Rifle or Seagle.

Use Laser Beam grenade and constantly spam it in the centre of the island, enemies will agro towards you and die in the aura.

That means you can focus your attention on ranged enemies to increase your kills.

Holdout Champion
Get a high score of at least 50 in the Holdout minigame

Be sure to select Easy difficulty.
I recommend Marksman Rifle or Seagle.

Can be very difficult. Use ADS to dodge enemy projectiles, keep constantly moving, use grenade and melee a lot, use booster in the centre to help kite enemies.

Elemental effects don't seem to 1-hit kill you, as seen in the gif.

🎖️ Gun Achievements

All gun achievements require you to win once on Nightmare with every gun.

If you want every achievement and to get to Diamond account rank, you must win once on True Nightmare with every gun anyway.

True Nightmare means turning on every difficulty modifier in the difficulty totem.

🎖️ End Game Achievements

End game achievements are relatively easy in theory, but eventually ask of you to get gud.
Since you need to True Nightmare every gun anyway...
The first 14 achievements you will probably get naturally.

The more friends you have the better but IT IS POSSIBLE TO SOLO.

Challenger I
Get a win on any difficulty with 5 or more difficulty modifiers active.
Challenger II
Get a win on any difficulty with all difficulty modifiers active.
Challenger III
Get a win on Nightmare difficulty with all difficulty modifiers active.
Skilled
Get 3 wins in a row on any difficulty.
Pro
Get 2 wins in a row on Nightmare difficulty.
Master
Get 5 wins in a row on Nightmare difficulty.
Crab Champion I
Get a win on any difficulty.
Crab Champion II
Get a win on Nightmare difficulty.
Crab Champion III
Get 5 wins total on Nightmare difficulty.
Silver
Reach Silver account rank.
Gold
Reach Gold account rank.
Sapphire
Reach Sapphire account rank.
Emerald
Reach Emerald account rank.
Ruby
Reach Ruby account rank.
Diamond
Reach Diamond account rank.
Crab Legend
Complete all challenges.

How To True Nightmare

Firstly, to get Diamond rank on a gun,
you must play on True Nightmare (Nightmare difficulty with EVERY modifier enabled.)
AND loop at least once.

In order of importance, True Nightmare runs rely on:

• As many items as possible.
  
  1. Early building.
     
  2. Priotising the right portals.
     
  3. Selling leftovers to fund purchases.
• Bullets. (The more the better...)
  
• Movement. (Aim, slide, jump and dash constantly.)

Portals

There should be a hierarchy to what you pick.

If given two good options in a chest, knowing which items take priority makes all the difference.

Obviously RNG is a huge factor and every choice will vary per run but most of my favourite perks can be found in critical chests but if I never get critical portals in the first place I will struggle.

And on the other hand... If you never take damage, you never need health portals.

So choose your portals wisely.

Challenge Portals

Challenge Portals (One Hit, XL, Explosive Enemies ect.) ARE optional but X2 loot is very enticing. Sometimes they are easier than you think, for example, "One Hit" has less enemies in it and if you are still early into a run it's usually worth it. Don't be scared to early-game gamble.
 

Items

Items are your everything, even if you don't need one you can sell it instead.
It's random what you receive so increasing the amount that you receive is your best strategy.
That is why I priotize loot increasing perks such as Driller or Double Vision.

This is my go-to item list.
In order of importance, although the bottom 10 are ALL inventory building perks and you will probably get every so often.

There is a HUGE amount of items, these are obviously only a few but these are my personal favourite.

I personally take Hot Shot over Sharpshooter if I'm feeling confident.

Tips

If you really want the extra boost, there are 2 tips you can use that may help.
I don't know if they will be patched one day.

AFK Feeder

If you can afford to run a seperate instance of the game that AFK's, or you have a friend who just tags along and gives you all their loot, you can double the amount of loot you get.
This is huge.

You will also save money by storing the extra perks you don't need to carry, saving locked slots.
Things like Driller, Crystal Fertilizer, Tony's Amulet... Never turrets.

But I've heard rumours that turrets aren't useless anymore...

Key Totem Reroll

Requires 1 friend.
If you have a lot of keys you can spend a lot of them on the Key Totem in the lobby.

1. 1 person must host
   
2. The other person/people buys a key totem item
   
3. Drop the item
   
4. Right click the hosts name in Steam overlay and join game
   
5. Repeat

You will get a large collection of Epic and Legendary items, enjoy and good luck!

This guide isn't updated since the Elemental Update dropped on 1st of September, buts it's just missing ice staff, electro globe, pickaxe, and the other now-new grenade and melee achievements and some perk changes, most notably Crystal Dividends and Ring Of Wisdom.

Hp+Armor is actually good even in True Nightmare. All you need is maybe 2 or 3 of just the Max hp on island clear or bonus hearts increase. At 1000 HP you can basically tank anything in the first loop, at 4k you can tank the 2nd loop boss easy. Tank as in get hit a few times and still be perfectly fine. I've gotten 5 win streaks on True Nightmare easy by going for health every time early on. You get guaranteed damage chests at the start of each biome and the first biome almost never needs more than maybe two or three damage pickups if any at all.

I recommend trying the sawblade launcher and ice blast on Holdout. That thing absolutely SHREDS crowds and bosses. My previous best was 33. First try with the sawblade? Wave 60.
