This mod tweaks the Russian flags, all flags are realistic and historical.

Absolute monarchy: standard of the Emperor of Russia on land, adopted in 1858.
Oligarchy: flag of the President as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
Dictatorship: flag of the Supreme Ruler of the Russian State, used by Admiral Alexander Kolchak during the Russian Civil War.
Fascist: logo of Russian Fascist Party.
Theocracy: flag of the Rus' Army at Kulikovo, nowadays used as a "Russian Orthodox flag".
Nihilist: flag of Moscow State University.
Democratic soviet (new added): State flag of the Soviet Union in 1922-1923. Has the Universal Suffrage law and is a Council Republic.
Imperial war flag (new added): National flag of the Russian Empire or private in 1914-1917. Has the Mass Conscription law and is a Monarchy.

Мне кажется на место республиканского флага лучше подходит флаг с гербом Российской Республики с черным орлом и без короны

I believe this mod has the potential to become very popular.
If I am not mistaken this mod try to fix the Russian 'on map military uniform' to green, correct? And if that is your intention you should consider giving them white trousers. Keep the their coats as green and change the pants to white. You should also look at paintings and drawings of the Czarist Armies of the time.
Also change the name of your mod so people know that you have fixed the on map uniforms as well to draw more attention.
