Не можете присоединиться к друзьям, не смотря на одинаковую сетевую сумму?
Прописывали ДНС, порты, меняли провайдера, город, страну, но ничего не помогло?
"Друзья" отвернулись от вас и пошли играть без вас?

Долгое время (2 дня) я испытывал ту же проблему, пока совсем не отчаялся и не воспользовался крайним средством...

1. Перелогиниться в вашу учетную запись в главном меню игры.
ИЛИ
2. Создать вторую учетную запись Paradox Interactive и залогиниться в неё внутри игры.

Способ не гарантирует исправление ошибки, но дает вам возможность.

I had the same problem for a long time (2 days) until I became completely desperate and decided that it is time for a last resort...

1. Re-login to your account in the main menu of the game.
OR
2. Create a second Paradox Interactive account and log in to it inside the game.


Please note that problem can be actually caused by your ISP, router settings etc. But it's yet another way (potentially) to solve it.
