Introduction

Hi all! I finished a base game and Rizia a few times, so I decided to make a Rizia walkthrough. I will try to keep my motivations for each desicion short, just explaining later impact. If a descision is irrelevant to achieving the aims above I will not mention it – go wild. Sometimes I’m not sure if a decision is necessary. If that’s the case I will include it anyway. Feel free to correct me. Sometimes I will reference other’s discoveries marked by *.
For context my Romus is a diplomatic, pansexual, non-religous, hard line democrat, who sometimes makes some cruel, non-democratic descisions for the greater good. As for background I made this run off a successful centrist-melanyavist playthrough in Sordland.
When I write about liking a Decree I mean noble houses. Popularity refers to normal people's opinion.
