the skill tree is horrible and daggers were made only to be secondary weapons for ow user (or at least i think the devs designed them to be like that)
A lot of paths punish the player by having them, waist points on slots that do little or nothing to help their build unless you play 1 of 3 very specific styles.
I really really love a lot of the game such as the building mechanics and the visuals are amazing but I think the game has a notable lack of direction when it comes to the core values of an RPG that get players really invested and having fun each time they come back. Things that other less interesting RPGs manage to do well thus outperforming Enshrouded despite its incredible merits.
I honestly wish I could build a mod to overhaul the perk tree myself. I have done a lot of work with mods and even a couple of small games. But since the game has no intention of mod support it looks unlikely that we will get that until the devs get around to it. (which might be a long wait)
