The Steam version of Five Nights at Freddy's 2 does not have any obtainable achievements.
However, these achievements are official and are included in the console ports of the game.
That being said, feel completely free to try and get all of these achievements just for funsies!

ONE NIGHT AT FREDDY'S

“Survived the 1st night.”
Beat Night 1.

TWO NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S

“Survived the 2nd night.”
Beat Night 2.

THREE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S

“Survived the 3rd night.”
Beat Night 3.

FOUR NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S

“Survived the 4th night.”
Beat Night 4.

FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S

“Survived the 5th night.”
Beat Night 5.

YOU STAYED

“Survived the 6th night.”
Beat Night 6.

YOU TAMPERED

“Completed the custom night with all AIs set on 20.”
Beat Custom Night on 20/20/20/20 mode.

YOU TRIED

“Play all the minigames.”
Play the 4 death minigames that trigger randomly after dying.

YOU SOOTHED

“Keep the music box wound above 50% for all of night 4.”
Beat Night 4 winding the music box as much as you can to prevent it from falling below 50%.

YOU FAILED

“Experience a jumpscare, and then... something more.”
Get jumpscared.
