100% government dividends efficiency

Deskripsi
In victoria 3, If government dividend efficiency is low, money evaporates. Max efficiency is limited at 65%, This is a very unreasonable experience.

In this mod, each economic law increases Government Dividends Reinvestment(monet to investment pool) to adjust the balance, preventing excessive budgets from government dividends.

As a result, 100% efficiency of government dividends can be achieved if bureaucracy is sufficient in all economic laws except traditionalism (50%).

Thank you so much for this mod! Paradox really likes to kill the fun man, I mean I cant imagine that many corporations return an efficient dividend, that depends more on corruption than economics. I want to check again, but I am positive this was working for me even in 1.8.7. with many law mods.

@caesar I don't use this mod but mods on top of the load order load first. That is to say, if you have anything else that touches the file this is in loading after it, they're going to overwrite what it changes

Aside from all the people discussing politics, I have this mod top of load order and I still have 25% dividend efficiency

This mod is good, those who says that planned economy will lost money, nope. Not in my government, those who embezzle gonna have their heads separated from their body and displayed at the office hall at the place they working at. 100% efficiency is logical indeed

The money lost in game is NOT due to corruption - it's due to inherently poor decisions (even when you have the best of intentions) of central planner and lack of motivation for the managers (it's not their business so it doesn't matter that much whether they win or lose).

Corruption isn't simulated at all.

So reinvestment percentage goes first, and now with your mod the rest of the money is 100% paid out, instead of loosing whatever percentage was missing before into the void?

As I know, Laissez-Faire's 'government dividends reinvestment' is 100%, so dividend efficiency has no effect.
