解説
Version 0.99 is now available! It will be tested in a separate mod that will eventually replace this one.

The Johto War Campaign is an stand-alone multiplayer campaign expansion for Legends of Sinnoh. This expansion adds in new content and a brand new story to explore.

Welcome trainers to a re-imagined version of Johto. This game draws its inspiration from the game theories around the existence of a Pokemon war and how it possibly played out.

Explore the region to capture and train a team capable of protecting your home region from the rising tensions of a potential war.

Players: 2 - 6
Playtime: 3 - 5 Hours per Player

Higher Difficulty
This expansion was created to be harder than the base game. Many of the moves and Pokemon have been re-balanced to fit a more challenging game play style. We recommend that you first play the base game of Legends of Sinnoh.

@Axl, When a hideout is defeated, one Pokemon stolen is returned to its original owner. The pokemon that is returned is chosen by the player who defeated the hideout

Quick clarifying question about the rules regarding Rocket Hideout battles. When you defeat them, are the stolen Pokémon returned or do they simply remain with the Rockets? And if they are returned, are they given back to the original owner or to the player who defeated the hideout?

@fuzzymanboob;, It is in my plans to implement some way to lower performance demand. I have some ideas on how to limit the demand on loadup, but it may take some time to implement

If you have not yet already, please make sure to check out v0.993 that can be found on the v0.99 version workshop mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3418601202

That will be the version that will eventually be uploaded to this workshop mod.

For fans of the old version, I will also be releasing a Legacy edition eventually that will contain content only up until v0.9

@The Dead Mad Rat,
It is quite demanding with all the assets. I’d have to put in some thought into what could be removed that would actually help performance. I can make a new version in the future without the extra assets, but it won’t be until after I release v1.0.

Also, do you have mod caching on? Turning mod caching on really helps with loading after the first time.

can you make this version for less powefull PC's my pc every time i play this online almost blows up when this map is loading and is really frustating for me and y i am playing whit the Table top simulator in really low setting and still crashes my program

@Zanza323, you will use Pokeballs like normal.
In the next upcoming version, v0.993, there will be a PDF with a page dedicated to each trainer to provide further explanations and commonly asked questions

Deck Builder is definitely one of the most experimental trainer cards out there. V0.993 will contain a large rebalance/clarification of trainer cards. Deck Builder is probably one of the hardest, if not the hardest, to balance as it’s unique effects bypass many game elements. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the trainer after you play some more

How does the DeckBuilder trainer card work? At the beginning of the turn, do I roll the capture dice using my Poké Balls, or do I roll a number of dice equal to the Pokémon's capture rate?

@Delutional16, I recommend playing the v0.99 version for now. You can find the link at the top of the description. This version will be getting replaced fairly soon.

If you have an ongoing game in this version (v0.9), I recommend subscribing to v0.99 and searching the mod for any missing files you need
