Kanon Mouse Cursor Replacement ('99 Edition)

Replaces your default Windows Cursor with the Kanon Feather Cursor, as seen in the Original Japanese '99 release!

The "Key" to getting the cursor!

I've noticed some people were upset that this version of Kanon doesn't include the original Japanese PC releases iconic feather design for the mouse cursor, so I decided to fix that and made this guide so people can make a custom one for Windows 10!

To make the cursor, follow these steps!

- download the cursor here![imgur.com]
- go to https://convertio.co/png-cur/
- upload your .PNG, Convert, and download the newly made .Cur file to your device (In my case, Windows 10 PC)
- go to Windows 10 control panel
- select "mouse"
- go to the "pointers" section
- under the "Customize:" section, you'll find a cursor called "Normal Select"
- browse for your new .cur Kanon Cursor you just made.
- Hit Apply
- Done!! Enjoy your new mouse cursor :)

If you're all done playing and no longer want to see a random game cursor everywhere, just select the (Use Default) option and Apply to return to the normal mouse cursor (assuming you're using the default Windows cursor).

It might also feel a bit small for those use to the original game, so follow these steps if a small feather isn't to your liking (prior to changing the cursor, as changing the pointer size resets to the default cursor).

- go to windows 10 PC Settings
- select "Ease of Access"
- Under the "Vision" category, select "Mouse Pointer"
- Drag the tab located underneath "change pointer size" on the top of the window to the size of your liking (I personally like 2)
- Follow the Cursor Steps to get your Kanon Cursor back, as changing the cursor size will reset any previous cursor image changes as mentioned earlier.
- DONE!!!

Fixed! Should work as intended now :)

thank you but the image you provided has a background that remains when converted to a .cur file. Also the cursor click point is aligned to the top left instead of the bottom of the quill unfortunately.
