Solution for "Backup failed. Please try again. Save size is within limits."

Introduction

Most players have a problem saving their account. Often can not solve the problem "Backup failed. Please try later. Save size is within limits."



and a few others.

Solution.

• If the error message says that your save size is within limits, then it is most likely due to a connection or server issue. Try to save again later or try to save several times. This is a server side issue.
  
  
• If the error message reports the size of your file, this means that it is too big. You may have to delete some editor levels to get your data within the size limits.
  
  
• If the error message says code -5 or -11, try to refresh login under "Account", "More", then "Refresh Login", and try logging in again. Refreshing login does not result in data loss. If refreshing login gives an error, try restoring your password using the Boomlings page[www.boomlings.com].

No matter what I do it wont work
is there possibly a way of manualy backing up your save file (like copying a file and storing it elsewhere)?

Luti_bebrochka, if you get the error that's in the first screenshot, try saving multiple times . This error is a problem on the server, and there is nothing you can do but try to save by clicking several times.

NighttimeNeko, this makes no sense ; the music is saved locally on your device. The save uploads stats, saved levels and levels in the editor to the server
