All Threads of the Webspinner

This guide will give you the locations of all 26 Sanguine Items that you need to complete the Threads of the Webspinner (Morag Tong). Contains both a video and a text guide.

Intro

I'll show you the locations of all Sanguine Items in Morrowind.
Either watch the video or use the text guide below it.

You must do this quest before you become the Guildmaster - you cannot do it afterwards. Also, if you allow Eno Hlaalu to retire he will take the Sanguine Items with him. Keep that in mind.

(There is actually 27 Sanguine Items in the game, however the 27th - Amulet of Sanguine Enterprise - does not need to be retrieved as it is carried by Eno Hlaalu.)

Glove of Sanguine Horny Fist

The Glove of Sanguine Horny Fist is found during the Morag Tong quest Writ for Guril Retheran.

It is on the body of Guril Retheran, who is located in the Flowers of Gold Cornerclub in Vivec, Redoran Canton Waistworks.

Belt of Sanguine Fleetness

The Belt of Sanguine Fleetness is found during the Morag Tong quest Belt of Sanguine Fleetness.

It is owned by Hrordis, who is in Halfway Tavern in Pelagiad.

You must give the item to Eno Hlaalu to complete that quest.

Belt of Sanguine Denial

The Belt of Sanguine Denial is found during the Morag Tong quest Ultimatum for Movis Darys.

It is found on Movis Darys and he will give it to you as a sign of good will if you convince him to join. Movis Darys is located in Ald'ruhn Mages Guild.

Belt of Sanguine Martial Craft

The Belt of Sanguine Martial Craft is found during the Morag Tong quest Ultimatum for Carecalmo.

It is on the body of Carecalmo. He will always refuse the Ultimatum and you can take it off his corpse.

Carecalmo is located in Ashalmimilkala, which is a daedric ruin on the west coast of Vvardenfell. North of Hla Oad and west of Hlormaren, a dunmer stronghold you visit during the Writ for Brilnosu Llarys.

Ring of Sanguine Sublime Wisdom & Belt of Sanguine Stolid Armor

Ring of Sanguine Sublime Wisdom & Belt of Sanguine Stolid Armor are both found in Yasammidan, which you visit during the Morag Tong quest Ring of Sanguine Sublime Wisdom.

The Ring of Sanguine Sublime Wisdom is on Anel Retheras, who is on the staircase in Yasammidan. You must give it to Eno Hlaalu to complete the quest of the same name.

The Belt of Sanguine Stolid Armor is on Mindeli Saren, deeper inside Yasammidan.

Yasammidan is a daedric ruin in the north-west corner of Vvardenfell, north-west of Gnisis and south-west of Ald Velothi and Khuul.

You can start Mehrunes Dagon's daedric quest there.

Belt of Sanguine Hewing & Belt of Sanguine Sureflight

Belt of Sanguine Hewing & Belt of Sanguine Sureflight are both on Durus Marius, who you must kill during the Morag Tong quest Execute Durus Marius.

Durus Marius is in Assernerairan, which is a small daedric shrine located underneath the St. Olms Canton in Vivec. You access it from the St. Olms Underworks (the sewers at the bottom).

Belt of Sanguine Balanced Armor & Belt of Sanguine Deep Biting

Belt of Sanguine Balanced Armor and Belt of Sanguine Deep Biting are both carried by Relas Arothan, who is at the same location (Assernerairan) as Durus Marius (see previous entry).

Amulet of Sanguine Nimble Armor, Ring of Sanguine Fluid Evasion & Glove of Sanguine Swiftblade

Amulet of Sanguine Nimble Armor, Ring of Sanguine Fluid Evasion & Glove of Sanguine Swiftblade are carried by Severa Magia, who you must kill during the Morag Tong quest Execute Severa Magia.

Severa Magia is located in Ald Sotha, which is a daedric ruin just a bit north-east from Vivec, Telvanni Canton. She also carries several Daedric Darts and there is one Daedric Tanto on her body, as well as one on the table behind her.

Ald Sotha is fairly dangerous for a low level player.

Ring of Sanguine Red Wisdom, Ring of Sanguine Transcendence & Ring of Sanguine Transfiguring

Deeper into Ald Sotha (see previous entry), in front of a daedric statue is Llandrale Varam, who carries the Ring of Sanguine Red Wisdom, the Ring of Sanguine Transcendence & the Ring of Sanguine Transfiguring on her body.

She is hostile and will attack on sight. Behind the statue is a chest that contains the Shoes of St. Rilms, which are needed for a Temple quest.

Belt of Sanguine Smithing & Ring of Sanguine Green Wisdom

The Belt of Sanguine Smithing & the Ring of Sanguine Green Wisdom are found in Ald Daedroth, Right Wing.

The Belt of Sanguine Smithing is found on the body of Domba and Ring of Sanguine Green Wisdom is carried by Gnaw Tooth. As soon as you enter the Right Wing, they will engage in combat with two ordinators and they will lose, so just loot them when they fall.

You visit Ald Daedroth during the Main Quest Ahemmusa Nerevarine. It's on an island north of the Ahemmusa Camp, and southeast of Dagon Fel.

Amulet of Sanguine Glib Speech

The Amulet of Sanguine Glib Speech is carried by Shotherra in Thongar’s tradehouse in Khuul.

She is non-hostile.

Belt of Sanguine Impaling Thrust

The Belt of Sanguine Impaling Thrust is found on Gluronk gra-Shula in the Gateway Inn in Sadrith Mora.

She is in the North Wing of the Inn and is non-hostile.

Glove of Sanguine Safekeeping

The Glove of Sanguine Safekeeping is found on Inganar in Ularradallaku, a daedric ruin inside Ghostfence.

Enter the Red Mountain region via Ghostgate, go straight up, then use the path that goes northwest at Yassu Mine. Go north past Endusal (a dwemer ruin) until you see a wooden bridge. Cross the bridge and you have reached Ularradallaku.

Needless to say, anything within Red Mountain is not for a low level n'wah.

Ring of Sanguine Golden Wisdom

The Ring of Sanguine Golden Wisdom is found on Talis Veran in Ebernarit, a daedric ruin near Valenvaryon.

Valenvaryon is a dunmer stronghold east of Urshilaku camp, along the northern coast of Vvardenfell.

Ring of Sanguine Silver Wisdom

The Ring of Sanguine Silver Wisdom is found on Earmil in Assurnabitashpi, a daedric ruin just west of Urshilaku Camp. It's the one that is almost right next to it.

Enter Assurnabitashpi SHRINE to find the correct area. He is located near the statue at the bottom level.

Ring of Sanguine Unseen Wisdom

The Ring of Sanguine Unseen Wisdom is found on Erundil in Indoranyon, which is a dunmer stronghold northwest of Sadrith Mora.

Erundil is the only non-hostile NPC in the dungeon. His master Qorwynn (who is hostile & nearby) is the Master Trainer for Enchant.

Shoes of Sanguine Leaping

The Shoes of Sanguine Leaping are found on Dro'Zaymar in his St. Delyn apartment in Vivec.

He is non-hostile. His apartment is South Three, in the bottom part of St. Delyn Canton. It's accessible from the outside.

Shoes of Sanguine Stalking

The Shoes of Sanguine Stalking are found on Thovasi Alen in Assarnatamat, a daedric ruin north from Fort Moonmoth (the fort near Balmora).

Use the road that goes south-east from Fort Moonmoth, then turn north at the first signpost. That road goes below a big dwemer bridge.
