Manufacturing suit for scientists

I know that some may not be able to find this, and i found it before, so here's a guide on how to get to the manufacturing outfit, if you guys need some help.
If you got the sneak roll, that's how i got there, because i forgot how to get there, but there is a way to it. I did a few jump-crouch-rolls to get into the place shown. There is another way, it is where you go to the forklift site and go through to the right of it and go up the elevator and you're also there.
