While the lore of Poppy Playtime is very interesting, it is also very complex. This guide is made to help you understand the lore better.

The (Living) Toys of Poppy Playtime

Throughout the game you'll see many different living toys (most of which try to eat you). Maybe understanding them a bit more will help you survive?

Expirement 1-1-7-0 (Huggy Wuggy)
Don't let that smile fool you, 1-1-7-0 is far from friendly! Originally created as part of the Bigger Bodies Initiative, 1-1-7-0 is extremely strong with arms that can dent metal and teeth that can split bone, he was also very obediant making him the perfect candidate for a security gaurd. Little did Playtime know, 1-1-7-0's true loyaly lies with the prototype.




Expirement 1-2-2-2 (Mommy Long Legs/Marie Payne)
While what 1-2-2-2 was originally created for is unknown, it is known that she was transfered to the game station due to her motherly nature to the other experiments.





Expirement 1-1-8-8 (Catnap/Theodore Grambell)
Due to 1-0-0-6 saving his life, 1-1-8-8 worships 1-0-0-6 treating him like a god. In his eyes the Prototype is a hero and 1-1-8-8 will do anything for him. Because 1-1-8-8 is based off of the toy playtime co. made, he can also breath red smoke, a gas that can make others hallucinate or fall asleep.

my guess is they are mini versions of huggy wuggy made for the wack a wuggy game because mommy long legs says they used to have strings so they couldnt hurt the children
