Damage to other natural disasters: +200%→+0%(removed)
Combat fatigue gained: -500%(unmodified)
Orbital bombing damage: +500%→+250%
Fallen Empire, Awakened Empire Fix - Haunted by Setana:
Damage to Synthetic Queen: -50%→-0%(removed)
The fleet can now enter the Synthetic Queen system without going missing (in order to give the Fallen Empire and Scourge the ability to fight back against the Synthetic Queen).

Synthetic queens are no longer generated in the capital of a fallen empire, i.e. militarily isolated people will not be gobbled up most of their territory
Removes other hidden nerfs to the fallen Empire
When the Synthetic Queen appears, the Guardians of the Holy Land will awaken directly
Progress can also begin when the fallen Empire is not destroyed
