Broken Armour
How to Get - This armour is given during the start/tutorial part of the game.

It gives no bonuses to abilities.
Traveller's Attire
How to Get - Talk to a merchant for the first time and you will be given the Traveller's Attire.

Perfect for exploring for its bonuses. When fully upgraded;
  • Track Artifacts with Guiding Wind,
  • Travelling clears 60% more fog on the map,
  • A green firefly will appear within 60m of an Artifact.

If you have a controller connected it will vibrate when close to an Artifact.

Ronin Attire
How to Get - During the mission "Blood on the Grass" in Act II you will be given it automatically as part of the mission.

Good armour for stealth and when fully upgraded;
  • Reduces detection speed by 30%
  • Massive increase to Melee damage.
  • After leaving pampas grass while crouched, enemies will be significantly slower to detect you.

Kensei Armour
How to Get - Is given when you complete the Mythic tale "The Six Blades of Jojiro"
The quest is given from the musician in Toyotama at the dojo in Umugi Cove settlement.

Due to its ghosts weapon boosts it can be considered one of the best sets, when fully upgraded;
  • Massive increase to resolve gains,
  • Ghost Weapons deal 40% more damage,
  • Striking an enemy with a Ghost Weapon causes that enemy to deal 50% less damage and recieve 50% more damage.
Ghost Armour
How to Get - is given in the main story quest "From the Darkness" in Act II.

Is good armour for boosting Ghost attacks, when fully upgraded;
  • Reduces enemy detection speed by 50%
  • Reduces the number of kills needed to enter Ghost Stance by 2,
  • Kills have a 40% chance to teerrify a nearby enemy.
Tadayori's Armour
How to Get - Is given when you complete the Mythic Tale "The Legend of Tadayori"
The tale is found South of Rustling Bend in Izuhara. Follow the golden bird to the quest giver.

The armour is best for long ranged combat, when fully upgraded;
  • Increases nocking and reload speed by 45%
  • Increases total Concentration time by 3 seconds,
  • Headshots restore 50% of the Concentration meter.
Gosaku's Armour
How to Get - is given when you complete the Mythic Tale "The Unbreakable Gosaku"
Find the musician on the outskirts of Akashima Village in Toyotama.
You can then get keys from liberating outposts/farms in Toyotama.

This armour is great for offence, when fully upgraded;
  • Colossal increase to health.
  • Massive increase to stagger damage.
  • Killing a staggered enemy restores 20% of health.
Samurai Clan Armour
How to Get - Is given during Masako's first Tale, when you talk to the Armorer in the Golden Temple.

This armour is good for offensive play styles, when fully upgraded;
  • Reduces all damage by a Major amount.
  • Colossal increase to health.
  • Taking damage grants 45% Resolve.
Sakai Clan Armour
How to Get - Is given in the main story quest "Ghost from the Past" in Act II.

Perfect armour for mid-game, when fully upgraded;
  • Massive increasde to Melee damage.
  • Colossal incrrease to Health.
  • Increase the Standoff Streak by 2. Winning a Standoff has a 25% chance to terrify nearby enemies.
Mongol Commander Armour
How to Get - Is given when you complete the Tale "Fit for the Khan" in Act III.
This sidequest is unlocked after the main quest "Wolves at the Gates" and is found in Jogaku Temple.

This armour is perfect for getting the jump on Mongols, when fully upgraded;
  • Massive increase to Health
  • Reduces all damage by a Massive amount.
  • Disguises you while out of combat, Massively reducing Mongol detection speed.

Fundoshi
How to Get - is given as a reward when you find all the Hotsprings in Tsushima.

Good for stealth, when full upgraded;
  • Running and Sprinting no longer create noise.
  • Reduces enemy detection speed by 40%

Hero of Tsushima
How to Get - Is given to the player if they own either the, pre-order, digital deluxe or directors cut version of the game.

Great armour for start to mid-game, when fully upgraded;
  • Massive increase to Health.
  • Reduces all damage by a Major amount.

Deadly Rival's Attire (New Game+)
Only available in New Game+
How to Get - Purchase from Baku the Voiceless for 25 Ghost Flowers.

Ghost Flowers are obtained from doing Tales, Objectives in New Game+

Good armour for both defence and attack, its abilities;
  • Massive increase to Health.
  • Major increase to Melee damage.
  • Ghost Weapons deal 30% more damage.
Archery Master's Attire (New Game+)
Only available in New Game+
How to Get - Purchase from Baku the voiceless for 25 Ghost Flowers.

Ghost Flowers are obtained from doing Tales, Objectives in New Game+

Great Armour for ranged attacks, its abilities;
  • Increases nocking and reload speed by 45%
  • Increases total Concentration time by 3 seconds.
  • Headshots restore 50% of the Concentration meter.
Sarugami Armour (DLC)
How to Get - Is given when you complete the Mythic Tale "The Legend of Black Hand Riku" on Iki Island.
The Tale can be found in a Cave on the North-East shores of Iki Island.

Perfect Armour for players good at Parry's, when fully upgraded;
  • Regular Parry is disabled. Perfect Parry becomes a chain of 3 attacks, and Perfect Dodge becomes an attack that blinds enemies.
  • All Resolve gains are increased by a Colossal amount.
  • Perfect Parry and Perfect Dodge windows are increased by a Massive amount.
Armour of the Colossus (DLC)
How to Get - Is located at the Shrine in Shadow, located near the South coast of Iki Island. In the Buddha's Footprints region.
Both the Armour and Shrine is based of Shadow of the Colosuss.

Adds a dye variant to the Ghost Armour, when fully upgraded;
  • Reduces enemy detection speed by 50%
  • Reduces the number of kills needed to enter the Ghost Stance by 2.
  • Kills have a 40% chance to terrify a nearby enemy.
Ghost of Sparta Armour (DLC)
How to Get - Is located in the Shrine of Ashe near the East coast of Iki Island.
Both the Armour and Shrine is based off 2018 God of War.

Adds a Dye variant to the Sakai Clan Armour, when fully upgraded;
  • Massive increase to Melee damage.
  • Colossal increase to Health.
  • Increase the Standoff Streak by 2. Winning a Standoff has a 25% chance to terrify nearby enemies.
Yarnham Vestments Armour (DLC)
How to Get - It is located at the Blood Stained Shrine near the West coast of Iki Island.
Both the Armour and Shrine is based off the game Bloodborne.

Adds a dye variant to the Kensei Armour, When fully upgraded;
  • Massive increase to Resolve gains.
  • Ghost Weapons deal 40% more damage.
  • Striking an enemy with a Ghost Weapon causes that enemy to deal 50% less damage and receive 50% more damage.
Sakai Horse Armour (DLC)
How to Get - Is found in Zasho Bay in the East of Iki Island.

You will find a group of refugees camping in a large shipwreck. One tells the story of Kazumasa Sakai and his legendary horse.

The armour boosts your horses abilities;
  • You are more resilient to attacks while mounted.
  • Horse Charge deals 50% more damage and can kill Brutes with a single hit.
  • Horse Charde impact now includes a 10% chance to recover 3 Resolve.
