Fallout New Vegas Recharger Pistol

Another addition to the fallout weapons ported into maximum action! This time i wanted to try something that would be interesting config wise and honestly learned a few good tips about configuring the templatefiles after messing with this one!

Also has the bug where the adsCameraPosition is causing the bullets to drop when shooting long distances while aiming down sites but its only a long distance thing.

Stats:
25 - damage
20 - round clip (with instant reload time to simulate the recharger as much as possible)
0.3 - firing rate to slow it down to simulate shots charging after each shot
0.00 - bullet spread since its a laser weapon
