yes another (and probably my only) jjk mod

my first mod and took way too long to make

obviously not perfect, so feedback and stuff is appreciated

his domain has four rulings: Not Guilty, Guilty, Guilty w/ Confiscation, and Death Penalty

Not Guilty: returns to his normal stance, reverts his stats, and undoes confiscation (sucks to suck)

Guilty: higuruma gets an attack/defense buff

Guilty w/ Confiscation: same as guilty but you deplete all of the other player's meter and prevent them from gaining more
originally i wanted it to remove just Supers, but idk how to do that

Death Penalty: Same as confiscation, but you get the executioner's sword. Including an instant-kill super and music options.

domain ruling is dependent on rng and your hp. the better the ruling (for you) the lower the chance, but as your health drops, those chances increase while the chances of Not Guilty and Guilty decrease.

his domain costs 1 level, but it also has a 300 tick cooldown, which is 5 seconds. which doesnt seem long, but is actually kinda long ingame
if it gets canceled early, the cooldown is 150 ticks (2.5 seconds), the 300 tick is after a successful domain
yes, it supports domain clashing
his domain uses migues' base domains

he also has a Reversed Cursed Technique super, which does what it does, but after two uses he depletes his output and burns it out.

which leads into Black Flash.

he has a very very very low chance to land a Black Flash with one of his non-gavel related normal attacks. Black Flashes are variants of the same attack that deal more damage, give extra meter and reduce the current domain cooldown. The first Black Flash increases the chance for the 2nd Black Flash. Upon landing the second one (and every subsequent one), everything prior mentioned occurs, but you also regain one (1) RCT charge. This Black Flash also increases the odds for the next one. The 3rd and on Black Flashes all do the same as the 2nd one, minus increasing the odds any further. My record in an actual match is 3 consecutive
He has an Evidence bar now, which increases upon landing certain attacks and black flashes. the higher the evidence, the better the odds for domain and the higher the chance of black flashes.
Getting it to orange changes the system into 70% confiscation and 30% death penalty, and red gives you 100% death penalty.
A succsessful domain will reset the evidence resource (however due to a visual bug you have to land a move that updates it to update the visual)
Although you are not guaranteed to land any in every match, so don't rely on them too much.
And the Black Flash damage buff is stacked on top of the Guilty ruling attack buff, so those hurt.
