To turn on the Tier 3 Workshop feature/need Smithing/工房で必要なSmithingについて

It states that a blacksmith is required to run a Tier 3 workshop.
This is the case with iron hammers, which are somewhere between a solid axe and a sledgehammer on tech tree.

There are many people who have similar problems, so I would like to share this information in hopes that it will be helpful.

Tier 3ワークショップを運営するにはSmithingが必要であると記載されています。
これは、テックツリー上の、頑丈な斧とスレッジハンマーの中間にある鉄のハンマーが該当していました。
伐採キャンプ等と同じように、工房に鉄のハンマーを追加したところ、問題なく稼働するようになりました。
