You need help becoming a genocidal tyrant and destroying Rumberg? Well this guide is here to help you become the ultimate gamer, and make Sordland great again.

I do not support Fascism, Nazism or any other ideologies that promote hate, and this guide is primarily just for game play purposes.

Also I am not the best Suzerain player so some of the choices in this guide may not be the most optimized for a good run.

Prologue

1. Start Middle Class

2. Pick studying history at Deyr, as this helps with diplomacy, next I choose to join a Student Council as it helps give a boost to the economy

3. Don't tell Monica you wholeheartedly support her cause

4. Join the Young Sords

5. Vote for the USP when Soll wins the civil war

6. Escort the Refugees

7. Sacrifice family time to improve your position in the party.

8. At first choose to support Tarquin Soll and take his offer of a position in his cabinet, and after Alphonso wins, choose to support him and advise him to step down. We need to be on good relations with Alphonso due to Gasom, and as well as Soll so we can be on good terms with the Old Guard

9. Promise to preserve National Values

Turn 1

Promise to:

• Promote Planned Economy
  
• Align West. We aren't going to Join the ATO, we are just going to use Arcasia's aid to build our country(Anythings better than those dirty Commies...)
  
• Tighten Immigration(Sordland for Sords...)
  
• Term focus on health, as this helps boost your popularity

For this turn you need to:

• Choose to pursue a Constitution that would grant more executive power. This part is just for larping, what we are actually going to do is to work with the Old Guard by declaring an state of Emergency.(Although we won't be puppets of Soll...)
  
• Continue to promote planned Economy and choose to invest in the H-3 Highway project
  
• Accept Marcel's Offer
  
• Sign the Electoral Campaign Finance Bill.
  
• Invest as much as you can into Armadine Industries.This will help us get the funds to invest in FC Anrica)
  
• When the Reporter comes up to you, make sure not to arrest you and answer her questions ambiguously
  
• During the Presidential Ball make a joke about women, be respectful to Remus and show how willing you are to work with the NFP.(Sordland for Sords...) Make sure to act calm and collected after the assassination.(Sordland needs a strong leader...)

Turn II

For this Turn you need to:

• Be nice to Deana and Franc(You don't have to be nice It's just that I personally can't bring myself to be mean to them)
  
• Also be polite with your minsters, except Ciara and Nia(Ciara is a dirty communist, and Nia doesn't have the strength to do what needs to be done...)
  
• React to the situation by visiting affected towns in person
  
• Be polite to Tusk and deny his bribe(Those corrupt pigs won't be tolerated anymore...)
  
• Bail out Business in trouble
  
• Take Marcel's deal.(Only the State decides the Truth...)
  
• Pick the SSC for construction
  
• Don't attend Bernard Circas' funeral(That Communist scum doesn't deserve peace...)
  
• Agree to open trade deals with Angolia and Wehlen and be supportive of tightened immigration
  
• Close the consulate in Dome(Those rummies well learn not to mess with Sordland!)
  
• Be open to the deal with Gasom. They will help us get future government funds in the future
  
• Discuss the constitution with your ministers, threaten Nia(Screw that weakling Nia!)
  
• Veto the Tourism and Cultural Preservation Act. This may seem like a bad idea but the path we are taking is very bad for tourism.
  
• Agree with Hawker's deal to declare a state of Emergency(A New Sordland Rises...)

Turn III

For this turn you need to:

• Tell Franc about your past and tell him that you needed to stop the communists
  
• During your Welfare meeting stay true to your health promises.
  
• During the Gasom meeting, decline Manager's proposal, and "tell Rizia to back off", by investing 2 budget into Gasom. Before the meeting ends make sure to ask Alphonso's to improve the housing, access to healthcare and opportunities for education for Gasom workers.
  
• Address the crowd head on, tell them about how you acknowledge their struggles, and when you are confronted talk about the improvement to the worker's rights of Gasom workers and the investment into Rizia.(Don't promise ANYTHING to those commie pigs, after all the State comes before the Companies...)
  
• Veto the Green Act

For the State of the Emergency you need to:
1. Expand the power of the Police ALL THE WAY
2. Ban Red Youth and the WPB, don't ban the Young Sords as they will aid our emergency(The Young Sords will save Sordland!)
3. Embargo Rumburg(We don't deal with inferiors...)

• Set EPA to 49% With the increasment we can get maximum funds from our Gasom investment
  
• Say whatever to the Buisness Council and don't promise Tusk a tax cut(Those who think they are above the state will be punished...)
  
• At the Budgent meeting say how we should spend as much as posbile to achieve growth
  
• Increase health funding, increase law enforcment funding, and decrease education funding, increase military funding. (Sordland needs strong Sords, not weak Sords...)

Turn IV

For this turn you need to:

• Veto the Worker's Rights Act(We won't allow Malenyevism to seep in our country!)
  
• Invest in Lorren. This will help boost the military industry and overall industry in Lorren
  
• Allocate the budget to the Ministry of the Interior and form the Secret State Police.(Any Enemy of the Sordish State will be caught and punished...)
  
• Don't allow Monica to make her speech(We won't allow Malenyevism or any other Foreign Influence to control our Women!)
  
• Warn the SSC for not making their deadline
  
• Increase the taxes for large corporations. Maintain the taxes of small and medium businesses.(Traitors that only care about making their pockets fatter will be destroyed...)
  
• Compliment the Principal for the School and don't support the little girl, don't say anything about Soll's portrait. Privatize Education and don't reform it(With privatization Ciara won't be able to undermine our country with her communist reforms...)
  
• Don't invest in Gruni

Turn V

For this turn you need to:

• Accept Arcasia's Aid(Those fools think they are influencing us, we are just using them...)
  
• Sign the Religious Harmony Bill(Those Bluds won't dare influence our faith)
  
• At Petr's party compliment him and be nice to him and invest in FC Anrica
  
• When Iosef confronts you over accepting Arcasia's aid say you did this with Sordsih citezens in mind
  
• Say Sordish citizens come first and tighten immigration(Sordland belongs to Sords, only those with our purple blood will be considered real Sords!)
  
• At Benfi don't apologize to Monica and make sure to put down her outburst, after the night end, don't promise her that you'll work with her on women's rights.
  
• Point the SSP on the opposition(Richter will Pay)
  
• Tell Iosef to keep an eye on the Arcasia, and use the extra funds to modernise and reform the armed forces
  
• Be polite with Angolia's prime minster, refuse their intial deal, later negotiote another deal to recognize Helijiland in exchange for a more favorable deal for Sordland, refuse Angolia's Deal(Sords come first!)
  
• With Welheln agree to their deal to fully join Operation Bear Trap(The Bludish Terrorists will be destroyed!)
  
• In your GNA speech talk about why the emergency is important, and blame the Bluds, make sure to congratulate Kibener

Turn VI

For this turn you need to:

• Remove conscription and agree with everything with Iosef, and modernize the airforce
  
• During the Economic meeting choose to learn more about the infrastructure and production, and chose to create the Conriat Industrial Zone(With our new industrial might we can crush Rumburg!)
  
• Refuse to remove Governor Bron's powers(He's the only one strong enough to solve the Bludish problem...)
  
• Sign the Central Bank Reinforcment Act
  
• Do not privatize healthcare, focus on improving rural care
  
• Make Evolution mandatory in the school curriculum(The teachings of forgiveness and repentance, is making us weak, and corrupts our society...)
  
• Make sure to ask about Kesaro's lighter, promise to sign the Unified Education Language and accept Remus's deal to work with the Young Sords(The Young Sords are the only ones strong enough to save Sordland
  
• Award the Contriat Industrial Zone to the SSC
  
• Sell 2/3 of the Gasom Shares

Turn VII

For this turn you need to:

• Listen to Koronti, and refuse to meddle in the affairs of the ultra rich
  
• Chose to Fully Nationalize Bergia Steel and Heart of Sordland, and during the meeting after Mikhail insults ask him what you said to him, and after he calls you an idiot again, arrest him.
  
• Fully Nationalize both Companies
  
• During the meeting with Tusk and Koronti, arrest them both(Those greedy pigs will finally receive their punishments for undermining the Sordish State!)
  
• Don't send the Rumburg whistleblower back(Rumburg deserves and will get nothing from Sordland)
  
• Sign the Unified Language Act(Kids in Sordland should be taught in Sordish)
  
• Send Franc to military school(The military will make him a strong man, just like his father...)
  
• The SC will confirm the emergency again and make sure to order the arrest of Richter
  
• In your Next cabinet meeting order a offensive on the BFF and call for an focus on economic growth
  
• Order Holstron to kill Hawker, and replace him with Didier Meye
  
• Don't promise Lileas Graf to transfer the Gendarmerie

Turn VIII

For this turn you need to:

• Ride the on the highway at the H-3 opening, during the speech, give credit to Symon, and ride with Lucian
  
• Pick the most loyal judge to fill Hawker's seat
  
• For your Decrees, Remove the Independence of the Central Bank, Reintroduce Capital Punishment, and create the Supreme Media Council, make sure to use the Media Council to silence the opposition(Sordland is finally becoming strong again...)
  
• When Petr talks about the affair, be caring and kind to your friend, and don't call Lucian
  
• When Lucian finds out tell him you were going to call him eventually, Order for Olivia to be invistgated
  
• After Olivia is invistigated order her to be detained and killed without legal oversite(This will be the last time Rumberg will undermine Sordland!)
  
• Refuse to support the Women Liberation Act
  
• Don't transfer the gendarmerie to Lileas Graf
  
• Tell Karl to keep a lid on what Koronti is saying
  
• Start the mass vaccination plan to prevent polio
  
• Veto the Less Smoke Bill
  
• Build a medical school
  
• Ban the Ashcraf Aniversary from being celebrated(We won't be threatened by the inferiors in the BFF, the Sordish state refuses to hold an event that celebrates terrorists)
  
• Take aid from Arcasia
  
• Extend the state of Emergency

Turn IX

For this turn you need to:

• Sign the Human Dignity Bill(Prostitutes and their sexual depravity will not be tolerated in our state, and will be crushed as once...)
  
• Sign the Children for Future Act
  
• Refuse to support Mr. Leke's propsoal(The Sordish State refuses to cooperate with Bludish Terrorist sympathizers like Mr. Leke!)
  
• Veto the Fair Luxury Tax Act
  
• Sign the Alcohol Tax Act
  
• Fund the Young Sords(SORDLAND FOR SORDS!)
  
• Shoot down Rumberg's plane and make sure to hold a military parade(Sordland won't be messed with! If they come we will give them hell!)
  
• Refuse the offer from President Walker to join the ATO
  
• Kill and imprison the new PFJP head, if possible
  
• Cheer for FC Anrica after you make your speech
  
• Condemn Rumberg in your interview
  
• Be kind to Iosef Lancea at your military parade

Turn X

For this turn you need to:

• For Fc Anrica, I recommend you to follow FC Anrica Guide to Victory Guide on Steam(I'll add the direct link to the guide later)
  
• For the Alliance of Nation Meeting, you can Alliance say whatever you want, although you have to openly antagonize Rumubrg and be supportive of Weheln. In your speech mention all the terrible things Rumberg has done, except for the nukes by the whistleblower(Rumberg will recieve it's justice...)
  
• Your sort of a die hard Sollist, Accept Deivid's resignation and then Ciara Walda and Nia Morgana's resignation.(They are all weaklings, traitors to the Sordish State!)
  
• In Queen Beatrices' Phone Call to you be as rude as possible and refuse her demands(On a serious note I hate that Queen B**ch, no matter what playthrough I play she's always their to be a major inconvenience to my runs.)

Operation: Fallen Crown(Rumberg War)

• During the Rumberg War Meeting Ask as many questions as possible about the war
  
• Allow Deivid into the meeting he will give useful advice on Wehlen
  
• Allow Tarquin Soll into the meeting, as he will give very helpful military advice
  
• Our first military action is to go with Ioesef's pincer plan
  
• Our second action is for our allies in Wehlen to reinforce our troops in the Narquis Region
  
• Due to our previous financial choices, our military industrial output is at the highest it's ever been.(The Sordish Military Industrial Complex is the Greatest in the world!)
  
• For our third action, Let the Sordish forces march toward Thornbough and end the war with a decisive strike against the enemy.
  
• Lastly, command the Wehlen army to have them stay in Tzarsbourgh to cover our back
  
• With that Rumberg will fall and our New Order in Sordland Will Begin!

Finale
