[HQ] Security Desk "Animated"

it heavily improves the security desk prop quality without going that far from the original and yes the mod also applies to custom maps using the same vanilla assets - The Animation is client sided meaning it works online DUH.

•Higher poly model with new assets and details than the original.

•Higher res textures (many of them were upscaled from 512x512 to 1024x1024).

•Added animated monitor screens to spicy things out a bit - 40 frames at 1024x1024.

•Added dirt / blood decals on some parts of the textures because i dislike insanely clean objects.
