Step 1. Spawn the Sister of Parvos
The player must have completed The War Within[warframe.fandom.com] and the Call of the Tempestarii[warframe.fandom.com] questlines to be able to participate in the Sister of Parvos process.

The process to spawn a Sister of Parvos is a bit more complicated than spawning a Kuva Lich. While not required, I would familiarize yourself with the Kuva Lich process first before attempting to spawn a Sister of Parvos. If you've never spawned a Kuva Lich before, you're in luck! I made an easy-to-follow guide for that process as well.

The easiest place to spawn a Sister of Parvos is Hydra on Pluto. This is because you need to make sure the tileset is a Corpus ship due to needing to visit a Granum Void as part of the process, and you will need one Zenith Granum Crown to initiate that segment, which is dropped by a Corpus Treasurer on any Level 30 or higher Corpus mission. While, technically speaking, you can use any Corpus Ship tileset for the process, Hydra helps because it is a Level 30-34 mission, and thus a Corpus Treasurer with the required crown is guaranteed to spawn once per mission there, from which you can either get the required Zenith Granum Crown, or replace the one that you used. You may need multiple attempts to get a Sister of Parvos with the weapon you want, and this can burn through your Zenith crowns fast if you don't have a way of replacing them. I recommend a buffer of at least 5-10 Zenith Granum Crowns before starting the process, just in case the Corpus Treasurer ends up escaping. Level 30+ Corpus Treasurers can be difficult to kill within the time limit they're active, so make sure you have an appropriate weapon for the task. You may wish to bring the Xoris to make the Granum Void segment easier, but it is not required. Avoid any special mission nodes such as Void Fissure, Syndicate or Invasion nodes, as these will not spawn Sisters of Parvos. An already-active Kuva Lich (or Sister of Parvos) also will prevent a Sister of Parvos process from starting. I recommend doing the mission solo to avoid variables in spawning the Sister of Parvos.

What Warframe you choose to spawn your Sister of Parvos is important, because it influences the native damage type of the weapon you'll end up with.

The most popular elements in weapon builds are Magnetic, Toxin and Heat. Radiation is also good if your weapon is intended to be extensively used against Eidolons, Archons, or Murmur enemies.

In Hydra, you do the Capture mission as normal. Do not enter the Granum Void just yet; Complete the Capture first. You'll see why later. Also, if you need to get a Zenith Granum Crown, or you spawned the Corpus Treasurer while doing the Capture part of the mission, find and kill the Corpus Treasurer and grab your Crown. If you already have one and did not spawn the Treasurer during the Capture, you can proceed to the next part and kill the Treasurer later.

Now you must find a Golden Hand of Parvos pedestal to enter a Granum Void. Do not use one too close to the extraction point, or the process may not start. I would say no closer than about 300m to the end. Of note, occasionally you may end up being unlucky, and no Golden Hands of Parvos will be generated on the tileset. All you can do at that point is extract and try again. Hopefully, you'll at least get a Zenith Granum Crown out of it.

Your goal upon entering the Granum Void is to kill at least 25 Errant Specters (if you are solo, or +25 for every other Tenno doing the mission) before time runs out. If you have difficulty with this, bring the Xoris with you, and use it to free Solaris prisoners to give you extra time. If you fall short, your only choice is to extract and try again.

If you kill the number of Errant Specters required in the time limit, you'll intercept a transmission shortly after warping back to the ship from Vala Glarios speaking about a new candidate for sisterhood to Parvos Granum, OR speaking to that candidate and introducing Parvos Granum to her. After her, Parvos Granum will also speak a few lines about the candidate proving themselves.

From here, you are on a clock. You must find and subdue the Sisterhood candidate within about 60 seconds after Parvos Granum finishes his transmission, a marker placed on your HUD to mark their location. Failure to do so within the timeframe will allow the candidate to flee, and you will be unable to continue the attempt. This is why you needed to do the Capture part of the mission first, to make sure you do not either fail to catch the Capture target while distracted with the candidate, and thus fail the mission, or fail to subdue the Sisterhood candidate while you're distracted with the Capture target. Thankfully, while the sisterhood candidate acts a lot like a Corpus Treasurer, in that she runs away from you and drops snares to impede you in pursuing her, the Sisterhood candidate is not nearly as difficult to subdue as a Corpus Treasurer. You'll be able to tell once the candidate is subdued by receiving a token amount of Kuva when you've done so (around 100-300 units). Once the candidate is down, approach them. You'll see a weapon above her head which indicates what weapon the Sister of Parvos will spawn with. If you want this weapon, hold down the interact button to finish off the candidate and begin the SIster of Parvos encounter. If you do not, ignore them and extract, and now you'll have to do the process all over again! Joy!

  • Extracting after ignoring a Sisterhood candidate will remove that weapon from the pool. Only after all weapons have been removed from the pool, or a full Sister of Parvos cycle has been played out, will that weapon appear again.

  • A downed Sisterhood candidate will "die" in 30 seconds. If for some reason you made a mistake, such as bringing the wrong warframe into the mission to get the damage bonus you wanted, or letting the candidate die before you are able to do the finishing move for a weapon you wanted, abort the mission by quitting instead of extracting. This does not remove the weapon from the pool and will allow you to (eventually) get another go at getting that weapon without needing to cycle through all the weapons.

  • Unique to this process, Parvos Granum will deliver a final, often-savage transmission to the sisterhood candidate as she is "dying", your indicator that it happened.

And thus, you're finished with probably the most-annoying part of this process. Congratulations.
Step 2. Hunt the Sister of Parvos
If you have read my Kuva Lich guide, the following information will be very familiar to you, as a fair amount of the procedure is the same. I will bold the important differences between Kuva Liches and Sisters of Parvos, so if you don't feel like reading all of it, just make sure you read the bold parts.

After completing Step 1, a Sister of Parvos will span with a random name and title as well as one of four different personality sets. She will taunt you, usually saying something about her progenitor element, and then the true hunt begins.

The Sister of Parvos will take over the nodes on Venus. You’ll see a blue haze over the majority of the Venus nodes, and when you bring up Venus, your Sister of Parvos will usually make a quip that the sector is hers. When you click on a mission node, you’ll have the option of either doing the Sister of Parvos territory mission or any other mission that happens to exist at that node. Sister of Parvos-controlled territory may not populate on all nodes; In particular, it will never populate Assassination nodes, Archwing nodes, Open World-centric nodes, or any nodes that deviate from one of the standard mission types (i.e. something like the Index on Neptune). Of note, ANY mission done on Venus, even if it is not a Sister of Parvos-Territory mission, will have the Sister of Parvos tax your rewards during extraction, though the SIster of Parvos, unlike the Kuva Lich, will only take your credits, but she will take nearly all of your credits. Don’t worry, you'll get them back later.

A Sister-controlled territory mission will have much-higher-level enemies than usual, Levels 55-75 on Venus, so plan your loadout accordingly. Inside the mission, you will occasionally see a robotic hound mixed in with the normal enemies. These hounds will have special enemy descriptions containing the name of your Sister in all caps, as well as unique map markers. As a fair warning, unlike the Kuva Lich thralls, the Sister of Parvos hounds are much more rare than Lich Thralls, but are much, much stronger as a result, worthy of being a mini-boss all on their own. They will have a set of special abilities that are determined at random, such as a magnetic field that disarms you, or the ability to split into three copies of themselves, or the ability to emit a strong, continuous beam. The hounds are downed when their life bar is depleted, and they will prompt you to perform a "Secret Mercy" to destroy them. After doing so, you’ll see a “Requiem Whisper” prompt with a circle that fills up considerably; Since Hounds are stronger than Kuva Lich thralls and more rare, they will also fill up the Requiem Whisper circle more upon death. Your goal is to completely fill in the circle by executing any robotic hounds that come at you. Doing so will reveal one of the runes necessary to kill the Sister. Executing the hounds will also steadily enrage the Sister, increasing the likelihood of her entering your mission instance as a mini-boss and giving you a chance to attempt to kill her.

Of note, while Requiems will reveal the runes needed to kill the Sister, it will not reveal the exact order the runes should go in. Requiem runes are obtained by doing Void Fissures on the Kuva Fortress, cracking special Requiem relics that will occasionally drop from executing Kuva Lich thralls and Sister of Parvos hounds. You will need the right runes in the right order equipped to your parazon in order to force the Sister to flee, and thus move onto the next step.

If you have all three runes in the correct configuration when attempting to slay the Sister, the game will announce your Sister fled to Neptune Proxima, and you proceed to step 3. If one of your runes is incorrect, it will show a slash through that rune, and your Sister of Parvos will grapple with you instead of staggering and throw you off, while Vala Glarios declares that your Sister is getting promoted. She will then escape to the next planet on the chain. If you run out of Sister Territory missions, the Sister will proceed to the next planet and get stronger the same as if you made an error with the rune configuration. As this will keep you from ruling out a bad rune configuration, avoid this scenario at all cost.

Start: Venus (SIster Lv 1, Enemies Lv 55-75)
Venus -> Phobos (Sister Lv 2, Enemies Lv 50-60)
Phobos -> Jupiter (Sister Lv 3, Enemies Lv 55-75)
Jupiter -> Neptune (Sister Lv 4, Enemies Lv 75-90)
Neptune -> Pluto (Sister Lv 5, Enemies Lv 90-110)
Pluto repeats

There are certain tips and tricks in this stage that will optimize your Sister of Parvos hunt. Please see “Sister of Parvos Speedrunning Tips” to learn more, or you’re free to figure it out on your own.
Step 3. Finish off the Sister of Parvos
Unlike the previous section, this section is mostly different from my Kuva Lich guide, so you may wish to read it in its entirety.

Once the Sister has fled, you must use your railjack to pursue them. There will be a special mission available at Neptune Proxima for your railjack. This mission will be selectable regardless as to whether you have Neptune Proxima missions unlocked or not. This will be a Corpus Assassinate-style mission, in which you will board the Corpus ship and assassinate the Sister of Parvos. Of note, you will never have to board other facilities before you can board the Corpus ship like you potentially would need to in a higher-level Corpus railjack mission; There will be no ice-drivers, robotic facilities, hangars, etc. You will only need to destroy two security nodes on the ship and two crewships. A third crewship will spawn when the security nodes are destroyed, but you are free to ignore it and board the Corpus ship.

Upon boarding the ship, your good friend Vala Glarios will pipe up again stating they will be deploying specters to help defend the Sister of Parvos. These will be two random Warframe specters, which will be in the same bridge area as the Sister of Parvos. The Sister will be invincible until you kill the specters as well as a hound, if one happened to spawn. The specters are usually pretty easy to kill, so don't worry about them too much. You'll be able to tell when the Sister is vulnerable when Vala Glarios transmits once more stating the Sister of Parvos is on her own. Attack her until she is downed.

Once you have downed the Sister, you have the option to either convert or vanquish her. Vanquishing her will give you her weapon, her model of hound as a Companion, some miscellaneous hound parts, and occasionally an Ephemera (visual aura thing). Converting her will allow you to trade the Sister to other players, or use her and her hound as defenders on your railjack crew. In most cases, you’ll want to vanquish.

After you have vanquished the Sister and made your way back to your railjack, the game will tell you your mission is complete. Of note, you will not get any rewards just yet. Choose to abort the mission from here (yes, it will say “abort”, and give you a scary message about forfeiting rewards, don’t worry about it).

When you are back aboard your orbiter, you’ll get all the credits the Sister of Parvos stole back. You’ll also get a message in your inbox stating the weapon and the hound the Sister used is waiting for you in the foundry. Go to your foundry and claim the weapon and the hound. If you don't actually want the hound, as you'll accumulate quite a bit of hounds doing Sister of Parvos farming, and not all of them are unique, click the X next to the progress bar instead of claiming it, and you'll immediately sell it for credits. You can also sell it via your inventory screen as you normally would for any companion.

You’re finally done! Enjoy your new Tenet weapon.
Sister of Parvos Speedrunning Tips
Those familiar with my Kuva Lich guide will notice that this section is pretty much identical to the Kuva Lich speedrunning tips apart from very minor details, which I will bold for you. Feel free to use it for reference or completely skip it if you're already familiar with that section.

If you are careful with your Sister of Parvos hunt, you will never reach a Level 5 Sister of Parvos running around Pluto.

Planning Your Hunt
You may be tempted to go for the Extermination or the Capture nodes first. Don’t. Save these for later. I recommend doing more-complicated mission types first. I usually choose the Spy node first, but any non-Extermination or non-Capture nodes work. Do 2-3 of these before taking on one of the easier missions. This will allow you to save the Sister of Parvos encounter for when your mission is not tasking you with either being stealthy, defending something or keeping up with life support levels.

Face The Sister On Your Own Terms
The most important thing to know about the Sister Hunt is that, no matter what, you are always in control with how things proceed. The game will give the illusion of RNG trying to screw you over, but that’s just it: It’s an illusion, and you can redirect things back to where they need to be.

For the first three planets, Venus, Phobos and Jupiter, you should be able to kill enough hounds over the course of the missions to reveal your first, second and third runes respectively. Whether or not there are enough hounds for the purpose is not in question: There are definitely enough. If you are finding there are not enough, you are ending missions earlier than you are supposed to, when there are still hounds to kill.

If the Sister of Parvos arrives before a rune is revealed and equipped
It may seem like a confrontation needs to happen right then, but that’s the illusion; You can actually turn this scenario into an advantage.
  • The arrival of the Sister of Parvos means she will spawn in an extra hound. Ignore the Sister at first, keeping away from her gun fire and melee range, and focus on the hound that appears, mercy-killing it and advancing your requiem circle to expedite getting that next rune. Only one extra hound is spawned, sadly, but every hound helps.

  • Once you've put down the poor robotic hound (and get chastised for it by the Sister), fire on the Sister until you’ve subdued her, BUT DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE YOUR PARAZON. Wait for the Sister of Parvos to heal and get back up.

  • Repeat two more times. After you’ve knocked her down the third time, but do not try to use your parazon before she gets back up, she will flee the mission, but not the planet. You’ll be able to continue the current planet’s process.
Alternatively, you can also just extract without fighting the Sister of Parvos, and the same thing happens. This may be easier than fighting if the Sister of Parvos is not in a place that will interfere with you finishing the mission.

Guessing the Correct Rune Sequence

The Oull Factor - The Oull rune is your friend. Oull can act as a wildcard for any of the other runes, and thus, having one means you only have to reveal the first two runes. There is only one scenario in which you’ll end up on Sedna if you’re using an Oull rune, versus two scenarios if you are not. There is even a decent chance you’d be able to end the hunt on Phobos.

The Oull rune has a 1 in 4 chance of dropping after a Sister flees from a successful rune sequence. Hopefully you already have a good rune collection built up from doing Kuva Liches, including Oull runes, but in case you don't, or run out, the good news is that they are player-tradable, so you may wish to secure one from The Warframe Market. One Oull is usable three times. If you do not have the platinum for it, no worries, it just makes things a bit easier. Of note, if you are using an Oull and get enough Requiem Whispers to reveal the third rune, save a use of your Oull rune and just slot in the third rune.

Progression Without an Oull rune
First attempt
  • First revealed rune
  • Random Rune #1
  • Random Rune #2
You have a 0.8% chance of the above actually being correct. If you do get it correct, you should probably enter your local lottery. The real goal is just to figure out if the first rune belongs in the first slot. If it does, congrats, that cuts down on your possible combinations, guaranteeing you’ll finish on Jupiter.

Second attempt, if First Rune confirmed:
  • First revealed rune (confirmed)
  • Second revealed rune
  • Random rune
If the above doesn’t work, slot the second revealed rune in the last slot, then fill in the third rune into the middle slot once it’s revealed, and you’re finished on Jupiter. If the second revealed rune is correct, but the random rune fails, you know where the third revealed rune will go, and you’re still finished on Jupiter.

Second attempt, First Rune failed:
  • Second revealed rune
  • First revealed rune
  • Random rune
Third attempt, Second rune confirmed in first slot:
  • Second revealed rune (confirmed)
  • First revealed rune
  • Third revealed rune
Third attempt, Second rune failed in first slot:
  • Third revealed rune (guaranteed correct)
  • First revealed rune
  • Second revealed rune
In either scenario, if the configuration does not work, swap the remaining non-confirmed runes and you’ll be finished on Neptune.

Progression Using an Oull rune
First attempt:
  • First revealed rune
  • Oull Rune
  • Random Rune
You have a 3.3% chance of the above actually being correct. I’ve gotten it to work just twice before. The real goal is just to figure out if the first rune belongs in the first slot. If it does, congrats, that drastically cuts down on your possible combinations, and ensures you’ll be done on Jupiter.

Second attempt, if First Rune confirmed:
  • First revealed rune (confirmed)
  • Oull Rune
  • Second revealed rune
You have a 50/50 chance of the above working. If the above doesn’t work, swap the Oull and Second revealed rune, and you’ve got your correct combination for Jupiter.

Second attempt, if First Rune failed:
  • Second revealed rune
  • Oull Rune
  • First revealed rune.
If the second revealed rune works but the first still fails in the last slot, swap it with your Oull rune and you’ll have the correct combination for Jupiter.

Third attempt, if Second Rune failed in first position:
  • Oull Rune, or Third revealed rune (guaranteed correct)
  • First revealed rune
  • Second revealed rune
If the above doesn’t work, swap the first revealed rune with the second revealed rune, and you’ve got your correct combination for Neptune.

Conclusion
As you can see, you will only end up at Pluto with a Level 5 Sister if you are being impatient and confronting the Sister of Parvos too early. Pick your battles, and wait until you are ready, and you will save yourself significant hassle in the long-run.
