Them banners are mongolian special units, nothing more. Also yeaaa -75% manpower use sounds great but ONLY if your a small nation. Otherwise, and that is the purpose of them super divisions you can make with this, that bonus is near useless.

the reset thou is a letdown.

A very interesting mod.

But it has a problem in that you are limited in points and so can't make the regular game Banners with -75% manpower use.

Also the unit designs don't save, so if you click a unit you made in the designer, it resets them to 0 in all stats.
