Gardening Guide (Simple)

This is a Simple guide on how to start Gardening right at the beginning within a few minutes!

Unlock Blueprint (Garden)

To simply unlock the Blueprint for your Garden (Square/Circle) you simply need to pick up a Hose.

You can get Hose's after getting into the Kitchen Area in Level 2 within the Supply Room!

You Unlock 2 Different Blueprints 2 Garden just with different shapes (Square and Circle).

Needet Materials

To Build your Garden you need these things

1. Plastic Scrap 2x (Found nearly everywhere)
   
2. Wodden Plank 1x (Found nearly everywhere)
   
3. Hose 2x (Can be found in Level 2 Kitchen Area inside Supply Room)
   
4. Soil Bag 1x (Kitchen Area Level 2)

Needs to be Crafted at the Crafting Bench!

Getting Seeds (Examples)

1. Tomato Seeds : Found in Kitchen Area in Level 2.

2. Anteverse Wheat : Found inside the First Portal. (Can be Recycled for other "Seeds")

3. Super Tomato Seeds : Can be Crafted with Materials in the Picture.

Starting

It's pretty Simple to Start

1. Craft your Garden Plot
   
2. Plant your wished Seed inside
   
3. Fill your Plot with Water (400ml max)
   
4. Keep refilling water if it runs low
   
5. Wait for the Plant/Seed to reach Stage 5
   
6. Harvest your Crop (Everyday)
   
7. Place it in your Fridge
   
8. Profit

Tipps

There are some thing you should check on every now and than!

1.Always check on the Water Level (Blue Line at the Garden Plot)
2. If the Little Bulb is Glowing red the Plot is out of Water.
3. If a Plot with a Seed runs out of Water you still have some time before the Seed gets Destroyed/Removed)
4.You have around 5-6 minutes to harvest your seed or you need to wait for a new one to Spawn

The descriptions say "place in a well lit and temperature stable location" but neither seems to be implemented yet, that'll eventually change though... Now I'm tempted to grow tomatoes in that walk-in freezer, just because.

You can put 1000ml in a pot and heat in up on a stove to get 250ml purified/clean water.

@dopadream You can also fill a cooking pot with tainted water and put it on a stove to purify it.

@dopadream, yep. The water in the sinks is restored approximately every 2-3 game days. Also, water coolers have an infinite respawn, you can run after them to the offices on the 2nd floor and loot 3-5 coolers every day

You need Clean water if you wanna water a plot.

It won't let me fill any containers with tainted water, I have the lead belly trait, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
