This mod does 4 things:

* 10 infusion points for making items

* Lowers the cost of respeccing to 2

* Leaders start with 4 SKill Points. Heroes start with 2 SKill Points.

This mod causes heroes to be generated without names.

@Zharevion - I still think a level 30 cap is too high, but I think you'll like what I've done with an alternate version of this mod:

The major changes are a Level 25 cap, an additional signature skill at levels 21/23 depending on affinity and a few other things.
