free up c drive space

addons stay when game uninstalled

head to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
delete everything if theres any
head to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content empty the content folder
head to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\download\user_custom try to empty this as well

additionally if thats not enough this part only applies if you are using windows
hit search and search up disk cleanup (installed by default)
hit clean up system files
go to more options
hit clean up on the system restore and shadow copies part
go back to disk cleanup tab
select everything
hit ok
you will get a warning
hit delete files
done
